Both of my units stopped working at the same time .I checked with multiple A/C companies. Topnotch Air system response time was absolutely fantastic! sent a technician within couple of hours to check and give me quote. They replaced both units the next day. Started shape at 6:30 am and they were done by noon. They covered all stairs , cleaned after installation snd delivered a top class service. The best A/C company I have ever worked with. Highly recommended!
Topnotch responded quickly to fix our upstairs AC, which we were especially grateful for as temperatures hit triple digits. Daniel was very kind, knowledgeable, and straight forward when it came to repairs and maintenance. I would 100% recommend using their service for AC repairs!
Called another AC company that told me I needed to replace my hole AC for 11,000 then I Called topnotch air systems they got my up and running like Chicago in the winter for 200. Thank you!
Our AC went out on a Friday evening, we called Top Notch and they were there the next morning to check it out for us. Unfortunately we ended up having to replace the system due to the new R22 refrigerant. We got quotes from Top Notch and two other companies, and Top Notch was the best, so we had them put in the new unit. Daniel and his team came out the following Monday and had the new AC system installed and running by that afternoon.
Daniel with Top Notch Air Systems was referred to me by one of my real estate customers. He was very knowledgeable and honest, so I made an appointment for Daniel to come to my own house to look at my 2 units. While he was there, he noticed a necessary quick correction to one of my units and now my unit is operating much better! I am very grateful to Daniel for his professional help and I plan to refer Daniel with Top Notch Air Systems to my future customers who need air conditioning help!
I want to give a huge shout out to Daniel with Top Notch AC. One of my AC units stopped working this morning and I was sadly so ready to replace it because it’s 15+ years old. He showed up fast and checked all my units in and out and found a blown out capacitor. Replaced it and asked me to give the AC unit another chance before replacing it. I was very impressed that fixing the problem was his main priority not selling a unit! Strongly recommend him.

Daniel, from Topnotch, unknowingly, gave me the lowest estimate, a significant difference (in thousands) from other estimates I had received. He was respectful, seemed honest, very professional, and patient in explaining the status of the current ac units and the installation process. In view of his estimate (being significantly lower than others), I didn’t know what to expect; and so was happily surprised to see the exquisite installation that looked cleaner and of much higher quality than the original installation by the builder, when the house was purchased 18 years ago. My suggestion to potential customers is that you call for his estimates for comparison to others, if you need high quality AC system installation, and want to save money at the same time.

We recently had an evaporator coil bite the dust. With a 15-yr-old condenser and furnace poised to follow a similar path, we wanted to explore our options. We spoke with 6 different HVAC vendors and we’re impressed by 2. Daniel of TopNotch was clearly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was very responsive to our questions, and we decided to do a full HVAC install. His crew showed up with the right equipment at the agreed-upon time, and did a professional installation. His price was also competitive. ~~~ For 30 years, we have lived in Sugar Land and used one HVAC “guy” to service/repair our equipment. He has since retired. We hope that our experience with Daniel has produced a new reliable HVAC contact, and we heartily recommend him to others!!
We live in a townhome and had a problem finding a big enough access point to get the unit into our backyard. Topnotch Air went above and beyond to help find a solution. They were very responsive and professional. Really cannot recommend them enough!
Daniel and his team did an excellent job on installing two new systems at our home. We had some quotes from other companies and Daniel provided a reasonable quote and his reviews were great, even from neighbors that used him. His work was very clean and professional.
Daniel did an excellent job replacing the condenser unit on my mother's home. I called early Monday morning and he was able to set an appointment within an hour after contacting him. Daniel explained in detail what needed to be done. I approved the repairs. He ordered and picked up the parts and was on the job at 8:00AM the next day! The repairs were competed by noon and my mother, who 76 years old, was sitting in AC once again. Thank you very much Daniel and Topnotch for keeping my mother in comfort.
I worked with Daniel on the estimate, and he and Sam came out to install a new furnace and evaporator coil for my upstairs system. Both were fantastic, super knowledgeable, and unbelievably friendly. I shopped this install with six or seven different contracts and gave the business to Top Notch...very competitive pricing, good reviews here on Google, and Daniel was very responsive going back and forth during the quoting process. More than pleased with the install and with Top Notch Overall, especially Daniel. Highly, highly recommend these guys!
The technician good but not sure why they do not want to take care of repeat customers. We had recommended them to alot of people but apparently they do not wish to take care of old customers which is a very bad quality. Its a family run business and the technicians wife sets all the appoinments but I think she is not doing justice to the business as he is loosing good loyal old paying customers since she always tries to show him he is busy. 5 stars or more for his work but Negative 10 stars on their customer service and Management. Hope they take care of their old customers and rather not run just after new customers. I guess that business 101.
