Well managed kept in touch with all changes. The guys were done professionally and amazing work. All work done with no any mess. They cleaned all comers of work area proper. Always will be recommend topline HVAC company and best of all was the price.
Despite some supply problems beyond the companies control, installation went very smoothly. Engineers did a great, tidy, job and we are very satisfied with the company, and wouldn't hesitate to go back to "Topline HVAC Company" should we need more fitting in the future.
The 2 guys did an absolutely brilliant job. The Air Conditioning unit was installed just as I asked, without any issues. I was kept informed as the job progressed and the unit and installation are as neat as you could ever ask. The guys removed all the packaging and even cleaned up at the end of the job. A real pleasure and a credit to the Topline company.
The engineer of Topline gave an excellent service and even went above and beyond sorting out other issues, we had when he didn't have to. We're extremely pleased, and will definitely be booking our annual service with Topline moving forward.
Impressed with efficient service of Topline HVAC Company - easy to get a quote, then turn up when they say and do what they say. Quick first appointment to identify issue with our HVAC system and order parts. Then did everything as agreed on second visit. The office had the initiative to resolve an issue when the engineer was on site and sent out the correct part in an uber.

Topline and his team came recommended to us and worked seamlessly with our system. Technician understood our wants, provided excellent solutions, and delivered our new boiler, heating and hot water system on budget, and to the timescale advised. It's done everything we wanted seamlessly for a year, and even with the extension we've used 20% less gas. Excellent company, excellent results from people that care and know what they're doing!
We gave Topline HVAC Company a difficult job to install a new outside boiler and heating pump and remove the existing hidden away old boiler and work around difficult access to get to everything needed to do the job. Team were excellent in explaining what the options were and how they would tackle the project. The work was undertaken much quicker than we expected with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Very easy to deal with and a great result. Very happy with a warm home and a reliable boiler and heating pump installed with a long guarantee. We would thoroughly recommend Topline's team, it was a pleasure to meet him and his team.
We asked Topline Company to help when the gas boiler started to leak water. We got a rapid reply to our query, an early visit to review andexcellent advice. The boiler needed replacing which was done quickly and efficiently to high standards. And one new boiler installed for new room. Extremely satisfied with Topline HVAC Company.

Just great. Topline Company upgraded our heating system 3 years ago, with a Worcester Bosch boiler and a power flush. We use approx 20% less gas a year now, and our radiators never worked as well, and continue to! They communicated well with us, gave us solutions to our wants and worked tidily and efficiently. Since they’ve serviced the boiler annually (it’s not missed a beat) and done various smaller plumbing jobs. No hesitation in recommending and thoroughly deserved 5*
The guys are highly skilled engineers which are difficult to find these days. They are extremely competent and very reliable .I highly recommend, Topline HVAC Company done work as keeper and maintain my heating system in well condition. Great communication and value for an excellent service.
Excellent and friendly service, nothing too much trouble, very accommodating & knowledgeable worker's are have. This was the second heating pump installation done by Topline company, I'm very please with his work. My first installation was in my old house bedroom, and it is in new apartment. Thank you so much Topline for that.
From an initial estimate on the telephone through to an onsite survey and final installation, Topline managed my order with professional expertise. We installed Heating units in four rooms using The Topline HVAC Company. I highly recommend enough. The service we received is amazing, and the installation went very smoothly and neatly. They fully cleaned up after work and worked around our schedule. We are very pleased with the final installation.
Both my Heating units failed on the cold weekend of the month. Topline company came out twice, and managed to get both are working. They gave me an excellent price to replace both units the following week (they were old). Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend them.
What a nice guy! They gave great advice about what systems we would, and wouldn't need for the space we had, and our plans for the future. Installation was quiet and tidy, and the installed system is definitely welcome in the middle of this heatwave.
