Had an unexpected outage on my 55 year old furnace late in the afternoon. Called Joey Cress for emergency service. He squeezed me into his schedule the next morning and repaired the problem by lunch time. Charged me next to nothing for his time. It was a perfect opportunity for him to push a new system but he didn't. He provided a quote but applied no pressure at all. Quote was extremely reasonable. I've finally found an HVAC Company I feel I can trust and rely on. Thank you Joey!
Justin & Joey came out earlier in the week and fixed a bad wiring harness and replaced a fuse....the service call and repair cost were beyond reasonable. they have always done exceptional work...last year they replaced/repaired a heat coil that had gone bad. They informed me that it was still in warranty and that the labor would be the cost of the repair...maybe all or most HVAC companies do this but maybe not. Very honest and professional folks.. different unit different problem this year but have now dealt with this company on two occasions and both times they have exceeded expectations with the work and cost associated.. I usually am nervous about home service calls but have no concerns with TCS, Inc. Highly recommend!!

Excellent work and price. I got 5 quotes and Topline was the best on price for my a/c replacement. They were honest and added a low cost, high-efficiency whole house filtration system, and showed me how to cut down on the overall bill. How many contractors have ever charged you LESS than the original estimate? Topline did!

I was referred to Joey Cress a few years back and boy did it pay off! Topline was prompt and prioritized my need for heating system repair. He offered several solutions and saved me by purchasing a maintenance plan for less than the repair. He even dropped everything to come out on a Sunday (weeks later) when my carbon monoxide alarm started beeping. He fixed the issue and prevented a much worse scenario. When my A/C unit went out, I called again and was back in action within a few days, having to replace the whole unit. Now, a year later, Duke Energy sends me an annual comparison and I pay less per month for more a lower inside temp. Joey is kind and caring, professional and informative. He explains everything without making you feel dumb. Their rates are reasonable and I will not use any other service!
