They have responded promptly and fixed my AC on 3 different homes. They have done excellent dealing with my tenants as well. I have also bought complete HVAC systems from TOPAIR Texas. Their price, service, and quality are top notch. I have referred them to several friends with 5 star results as well.

Our upstairs AC wasn't working very well. Our technician cleaned both condensers w chemicals and then went into the hot attic and cleared an attic drip line. Our units are working great. Afterwards he explained how to keep the system in tiptop shape. TopAir did another great job for us. Thanks TopAir.
We experienced a power outage from big-wind & rain storm. It affected our AC unit. Home Warranty was slow to react, so we reached out to TOP Air Tx... from past experience (TOP notch)... and they reacted same day, in the midst of their own busy schedules-work load. Once again they fixed the issue. AC working good (100° temps). Reasonable cost, professional demeanor/explanation, and even followed up with us!!! We highly recommend TOP AIR TEXAS. Greg Pekarcik
When you live in Houston, you rely a lot on your HVAC system. And you definitely need to rely on honest professionals. I have used Top Air on several occasions, and they alway take care of you. Besides always answering the phone and showing up, you can tell they care about their workmanship for its own sake. That is a so reassuring as a customer. You always feel in good hands.
My AC unit sounded like it was coming through the ceiling in the middle of a Texas heatwave- not a good sign. After turning off the system I called TopAir who my son had just used and recommended. They received the call late on Monday were able to come out first thing Tuesday morning and after having to wait for a part had me up and running by Weds morning. I cannot speak highly enough about their ability to work me into their schedule and have me up and running before the heat indices climbed over 105. Will definitely be using them again for routine maintenance and repairs. Thanks TopAir!

Our heat went out on Dec, 23, 2022, when outside temperatures were around 20 degrees. When all other HVAC companies told us they had no availability or just weren't answering the phone, TopAir was able to come out to Galveston within two hours and had us back up and running quickly. Our tech, Ben, was awesome.
The technician Ben was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my system. Would highly recommend TopAir and will be using them in the future.
Accurate and price right
Lack of communication. No show on appointment day. No call to let me know they were not coming. No call back the next day either. We took off of work for appointment.

Majdi came to my house on time to service my AC and recommend a replacement because of the age of the system and offered a very affordable financial option. TopAir Texas installed my new AC the following day! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Horrible service. Never answer there phone. And me and my family have been waiting for them to fix our air for a month now.
