Tyler was absolutely amazing at getting our AC/Furnace fixed. He was very friendly and super quick to get things done. After the job was completed, we had problems with our thermostat wiring a few weeks later, and he was here within 30 minutes to get it fixed for us. Highly recommend!

These guys provided the absolute best service in a professional way that I felt I could really trust. I will only be bringing them back for future service on my systems because they provide that old style service that you can trust that is seldom found amongst the services in today's community. Rather than repair the furnace's gas valve diagnosed by Tyler, we went with a new high efficiency system and added AC. Top Tier broke us in to their schedule and were able to install the system in two days (furnace the first day to get heat going again) at a very fair price. I highly recommend them and will be calling them in the future.
I have used Tyler (owner of Top Tier) for a few jobs previously (AC installation, water heater installation) and called on him once again for water softener and whole house water filter installation. As usual he did a great job. Some pipes needed to be replaced - they look good, no leaks. Everything was installed so it is easy to get to (to replenish salt, replace filter cartridges). Water softener and filters are a game changer for our house, our water was super hard, had an odor and tasted like pond water. We appreciate his expertise with the installation. We will of course, call him again for future jobs.

What a great company to work with! Great service! Great prices! Contacted Tyler at the end of service day for urgent matter. He walked us through a couple of trouble shooting options to try to fix without a service call. Didn’t work but was there first thing the next morning. Will defiantly be our go to HVAC guy!

Tyler installed a whole house humidifier. Due to the age of the house and furnace/ water heater, Tyler ran into some unforeseen challenges. He handled it all very professionally and communicated the entire time. I'm pretty sure he missed dinner with his family to make sure my family was taken care of before he left. The job was finished and everything working beautifully. I would definitely hire him again and absolutely recommend him.
