Highly recommend reaching out to this company. Me and my family have been without AC for two days and with Arizona heat climbing it has been a completely awful experience. Trae came to our rescue, very impressed by his promptness as he arrived within the hour after my call. He quickly discovered the issue and throughly explained what needed to be fixed at an affordable price. We are now cool and I couldn’t be more thankful!!!
Trey from top tier air conditioning, so today we’re doing a little bit is phenomenal! I had purchased a mini split AC unit for my garage, had him come out to give me a bid for installation. If you want an excellent experience, this is the place. I had Parker and son give me a quote for a new AC unit and it was way too high for me to afford, so I went looking elsewhere. When Trey arrived at my home he was just as friendly, knowledgeable and professional, however when it came to pricing he worked with me to make it affordable... That's the difference! We set up installation and everything went according to plan, it didn't take them long at all. System is working great! I love my new more efficient system. I definitely recommend them.
Trae did an excellent job replacing the T-top on my roof. I had been dealing with a leak for almost a year. He did a fantastic job - no more leak! He was prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend Top Tier Air Conditioning to anyone.

With this Arizona heat my family and I really needed the addition of a mini split to our garage and to a room we converted to an office in our home. After calling around the valley we found Top tier air conditioning and ended up getting the best most reasonable quote for our mini split installs from them. I own a property management company and after using Top Tier Air Conditioning for my own home, one of my tenants AC went out on Labor day. My other HVAC contact was not available due to the holiday to help so I gave them a call. That afternoon, Trae was at the property, gave me an estimate, then fixed the issue. My tenants were happy, I was happy, and our issue was fixed without any problems. Trae worked efficiently, communicated, and cleaned up any area he worked in. I could not recommend a company more.
