I am so grateful to this guy for addressing my duct that needs repair. I appreciated how fast he did fixing my system and was so organized. He didn't seem to upsell me anything that I didn't need or do any jobs that were not necessary. My ac that was not cooling in the master's bedroom was also fixed thoroughly. Thank you very much for providing such a good service. Highly appreciated!

A satisfying work! I was so stunned by the technician's performance for he displayed great potential in fixing up my ac that was not cooling. What I also liked about him was his great attitude; friendly, courteous, and good-natured. I was overwhelmed by the quality of his work. After everything was fixed, he then clearly explained the problem(s) and what needed to be maintained to avoid common issues. A truly masterful display of service that I will surely recommend to all of my friends and family.
We're not expecting that the technician is an expert. He showed us his great ability in dealing with our heating furnace repair needs. I was so happy with his overall performance. He knew exactly the proper procedure of the repair. The process was just completed in less than 2 hours. We will call them in the future as well as recommend them to our neighbors.

I give Top Rated HVAC Oak Park an A++. The service was amazing. Nelson their technician was super polite and professional. He performed a diagnostic quickly and explained everything to me. He was kind enough to fix the motor by changing a capacitor instead of charging me for a new motor. Nelson was done and on to his next customer within an hour. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. What an amazing and great experience. Came promptly to give me a bid on new heating/air conditioning. Phillips totally knowledgeable about the business and definitely not pushy. Four workmen arrived promptly at 8:30 am to start work--friendly, totally efficient, completed the job by 4pm, Left the work site clean and ready to go. I was so impressed!!
I was having problems with the heater not coming on and I sent a follow-up message to Gray. He came out right away the next day, checked it, and determined that my thermostat needed to be reset. He reset it and everything seems to be in order! He is extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him! Thank you! Extremely fair when it came to an estimate to repair the issue.
