Kris from Top Notch came out quickly. I had to add sump pump failure to the list while he was enrolled. He quickly shifted from furnace to sump pump and had my flood waters draining quickly.
I never thought I'd say the words "Man, that's a good-looking boiler system", but thanks to Phil and Travis from Top Notch, I'm saying it. They took my old rat's nest of pipes and wires and a rusting, clunking boiler and installed this new high-efficiency one. Everything is logically laid out, isolatable, and clearly labeled. I finally feel like I somewhat understand my boiler system. Phil and Travis were two of the nicest, most professional guys you could ask for -- knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. Great work again by Top Notch!
Our furnace went down and we decided to replace furnace (gas forced air) and air conditioning, since they are 20+ years. We contacted 5 different companies, then picked Top Notch HVAC with furnace and heat pump . The owner Dan came over the same day that I called. The process from the quote to the project was smooth! They also installed the Ecobee thermostat, when I called for questions about the how to use thermostat. Dan sent his team to help me make correct settings. Dan and his team are easy to work with and answered all my concerns. They even help us to file the rebeates. The replacements were done in a day!!

Top Notch HVAC is a phenomenal company. We have been using them for over three years now. They are responsive, kind, extremely knowledgeable and stand by their work. They've helped us with an old, complicated heating system as well as the installation of a new inline water heater. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating repairs.

Automated text message advised me who my tech was and when they were on their way. Offered to put on boot covers, to keep our carpet as clean as possible. Didn't try to sell me on a new furnace, even though mine is almost 30 years old. Advised me of warning signs of a failing system. Automated billing system. Nice and efficient.
The technician knew the system was friendly and let me know how to change filters and tanks
