Air Conditioners I was in a quandary because I was very unwell. This company listened to my plight and delivered two units in 3 hours.They even carried the units upstairs to my bedroom. I now recommend them to everyone. Thank you. I'll be using them eventually for a fixed system.
When it comes to the installation, I have never seen such meticulous and tidy work done in my time in the NY. Everything was done to a professional standard and well explained.
Delighted at the speed that this company delivered our portable Air Con machine. Other companies were quoting 7 - 10 day deliveries and ours was delivered the same evening! We also requested a quote for 3 wall mounted units and their surveyor was with me in 3 days. We had another quote which was much the same price but offering us a 3 year warranty while this company have given us a 10 year warranty. - Highly Recommend 5*

Very happy with the service! Our broken HVAC is finally working. After trying many HVAC technicians , Gary is the only one who was able to fix our system. Highly recommend!!!
Avoid at all costs, If we could leave no star,we certainly would. Took $6000 deposit on a project and never did any work for two months. Not recommended, complete waist of time.

I’ve dealt with a a number of technicians and outfits servicing our commercial HVAC systems over the years, and none proved as adept, thorough and resourceful as Garry (Igor), a man who will go the extra mile to figure out what’s wrong and come up with creative solutions when needed.
Garry is excellent, honest and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure services are top notch and gives detailed descriptions of issues and remedies.
Garry is the man!!! I was stuck with no AC during a brutal heatwave and he went above and beyond to get me back to normal. He was extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be done, he did exactly what he said he would do, and in a very timely fashion. Now my AC works better than ever! Would highly recommend to anyone.

My HVAC unit wasn't cooling, smack in the middle of the recent NYC heat wave. Enter Garry Gold to the rescue who was referred to me by a friend. Garry was courteous, on-time and filled with knowledge to share. He diagnosed the issue immediately with my HVAC and recommended he perform an "evacuation" of the HVAC so it holds the freon. He didn't cut corners like most HVAC contractors that rack up insane fees. In the end not only did he do a good job but followed up with 3 follow-up phone calls which is a rarity these days. I can't recommend Garry Gold highly enough for his stellar professionalism, knowledge and customer service.
I contacted Top HVAC NYC to get some preliminary estimates and info about replacing or repairing the very old wall units in my apartment. Garry was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and a very clear communicator! Unfortunately I found my building management has a different vendor I may need to use but I would definitely consider hiring Top HVAC!
