Charging 3 time more the professional. Technician has no basic common sense. Wrong diagnosis estimate to run 4 times then I fix instant. Theis estimated fix time was uncertain
Paul and his technicians were Great!! I called, the next day Paul and his crew came right to my house, I told him the house went up to 80 and Ac was not working and told him normally I could wait but I have Special need animals, Paul is an animal lover, needless to say, Paul and his Technician explained everything to me as they were doing the work on the Ac, I was shocked that the other company didn’t do what they did, this company highly recommended and now there my new HVAC guys..

We had a water emergency occur on a Saturday. Within 10 minutes we received a call back from the emergency hotline and within 30 minutes we had a technician onsite. Kevin was excellent. We cannot recommend Top HVAC Long Island enough. A+ service!

They were very accommodating to my situation of remotely preparing for a home sale, provided a fair assessment with options and suggestions and executed to the standards of the Building Department.
