Fast, Honest and Professional. No BS and hidden fees with the pricing. Tony himself showed up for the start of the install process. I liked the job progress updates via text and the digital invoicing. They also did a good job with the city’s permitting process. Really pleased so far👍🏻

I called Tony at 8:20am because our AC stopped blowing cold air and he was at our house at 8:30am. Our AC was back up and running by 8:40am. Unbelievably fast service, very professional, and affordable! Highly recommend!

My AC went out on my new home, turns out I had a bad thermostat. I called Tony at 6pm on a Thursday and Tony himself had it fixed the very next day. I would recommend him to anyone having AC problems.
Tony and his crew were on time (unusual these days), professional and very responsive to all of our questions and he took the time to explain what we were buying in great detail. He was the second estimate we got to replace our 15 year old AC unit, and the price was very reasonable. When we have to replace our AC in the next 15 years or so, we won't hesitate to call on Tony again!! A+++++++

Working with Tony’s was a great experience. They were very responsive to my questions, and I had a lot. Once I studied my options and made a decision to go with them they were quick to get my unit installed. The price was fair. They were very professional, they kept in contact, and cleaned up the work area after it was installed. They followed up to make sure the warranty and that everything was working correctly.
I am a returning customer. I used Tony's Cooling & Heating previously for my other house. Finding time to meet with the AC contractor is difficult for me. Tony did not need to meet with me. I just told him the size of the house and he gave me the estimate. That is all he needs to know. The worse thing that can happen is the unit does not fit in the space in my house. If that happens, we will consider other options. The price is very competitive. One other nice thing is that he registered the product for me. One less thing to do on my side.
Tony is great, he is responsive and listens to your concerns. He also will try to troubleshoot things with you over the phone and not try to charge you for simple things you can fix at home yourself.

Excellent and fast
I called Tony with an issue, the man took his time to tell me how to fix it myself, and it worked! He could of came over and invoiced me $300 but instead helped me through the issue and saved me a chunk of change! You don't get more honest than this guy, 10/10. You've locked in a future customer when my AC unit inevitably has a real problem.

I had a very bad experience requesting an estimate for a new AC unit,I put my trust in them and I gave them the lock box code so they could enter without my supervision since it was vacant,my AC unit was old but it was working fine,two hours later of "estimate"I went to check it out and my AC unit was not longer working, they had messed up and left parts of the unit loose,I called the owner immediately claiming that they should not touch nothing that I asked for an estimate only,he told me that I need to replace the thermostat,he tried to charge me for it but he changed his mind later I did not want to do any business with him anymore
