Tony's services are superb, dependable, all that is needed for peace of mind. Thorough, job completed every time (many others tried previous and they were lacking). Superlatives of excellence, could and would say them all. So reassuring in arranging for a DEAR family member. Wish for that reason I still lived on the North Shore. I work in in a customer service world and KNOW when perfect customer service is received, each and every time.
Stay away. Was initially pleased Tony sent someone to fix pipe fitting in our barn that burst because of freezing. Problem was fixed and instructions given on how to shut it off to keep problem from reoccurring. Four days later, same problem. Called Tony, who got considerably ruder and more condescending as we spoke, he refused to guarantee his work, blamed the problem on us, yelled at me, hung up on me. That's $365 down the drain. Not rated by BBB. Not professional. Jerk.
I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you’re willing to pay a lot more than the typical cost and the owner didn’t complete the job. Thankfully the assistant finished up the plumber’s job. The assistant was very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions he was happy to answer. I gave it 2 stars to account for the assistant, otherwise I would give a 1.
Nightmare to deal with. Buyer beware!!!
A little too late to notice the last review. This fellow replaced our water heater with a "new" one. Issue after issue after install. Reached out but he made no attempt to come to our site to fix our issues but eventually sent his associate to fix our issue. The guy did a decent job and we are thankful for his work.
Very dishonest once never again BEWARE OF HIS GUY!
Had them replacing a drain in my tub and they showed up on time. And he showed me what had to be done and went to supply be store to get the parts needed was completed in a few hours. Great service and great price too 👍!
Tony Gideika should not be handling dispatch or calls. Very unprofessional and rude. 2 stars because the plumber who came out was very knowledgable about our issue and pleasant to work with.
Crooked. D rating from the BBB. This is the most dishonest service provider I've ever encountered. If there's a problem Tony will never come to look at the issue, deny there is an issue or that his worker caused it. He will make excuses about why he can't come or pretend he cant hear you on his phone. He's a liar and thief. His son who works for him was found guilty of nbn manslaughter of a 3 month old baby. Don't let them in your home.
Extremely overpriced! You know when the employee rendering the service tells you that the owner rips off his clients all of the time, that this is a poor business man. He was great on the initial phone call and that makes sense now because this is how he gains initial trust. This company will never receive my repeat business nor receive a recommendation. Its a shame when we cannot support our locals.

Liked working with Tony ... thought he did very good work.
It was like inviting the Devil into our home. We called him to get our gas boiler cleaned. His plumbers talked smack about Tony. Called him a crook and laughed about ripping off the elderly. Our gas boiler that we later found out didn't even need servicing but he went ahead and did it anyway. His guy used a wet rag and ran it across the electronics inside causing a short in the system. We called the devil and he made all kind of excuses and called me names and just the worst person ever. He claimed no responsibility, broke our boiler and there is nothing we can do about it. We ended up having to call another plumber and electrician to fix what he broke. Cost us 5 times what we would have spent originally. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

Tony Gedeika Plumbers have been lifesavers for me. David has been the main person to work on my house and he was the first plumber to find a nasty problem that was leading to a leak in my wall from our upstairs bathroom to the downstairs hall. We had several plumbers look at it before him but no one fixed it right. He is like a genius at plumbing. He also is super pleasant and friendly but gets his work done. There was another fellow who worked on our plumbing problem and he was also terrific. I don't recall his name. Anyway the price is always fair, the house is left spotless they bend over backward to get to you as soon as possible and I would never use anyone else. Jackie Berman, Lynn, MA
They are horrible. Overpriced and the plumber that came to my house was lazy! Do not hire these people!!! I have a toilet right now that still does not work right because it was installed wrong and I refuse to have these people back to my house. They also wanted to charge for "travel time" BEWARE!
