This provider was sent by American Home Shield Home Warranty. This was his second visit and since he didn't repair the problem the first time, I was abundantly clear that I would only use his service if the repair on the oil gauge was covered by AHS. He confirmed that the repair was covered. A few days later, he called to tell me they wouldn't pay him because the repair was not covered. Today, I received his bill. I have no choice but to pay because I don't want a mechanic's lien on my house, but this guy is dishonest and I will never allow him in my house again.
