I called Tom because I have a semi-professional walk-in cooler unit for my wine cellar/pantry that had stopped cooling. It took a few tries, but he was able to find the tiny little part that was leaking coolant and fix the system without having to rip it all out of the walls. Working with Tom is great. He's on time, and will give you a heads up before your appointment window on when exactly he expects to be there. He's clean and organized. Scheduling is straight forward and typically can arrive in a couple days for non-emergency cooler work. Plus he knows his stuff and gets it done quickly. I've been very happy to have found him and work with him.
Tom is honest, reliable and knows what he is doing. Running a medical laboratory leaves no room for delays. When our refrigeration units have gone down with $10,000.00 worth of chemicals at stake, Tom has always been there for us. Great troubleshooter. I will not use anyone else.

I've used Tom's Refrigeration HVAC numerous times over the last few years for my restaurant- he has been excellent. His prices are very reasonable for the quality of work provided. Since we got set up with his preventative maintenance program we saw a significant drop in crippling breakdowns which keeps our business running smoothly.
