Payed him to hook up a new HVAC,to do the electrical hookup,he hooked the a/c nd not the part heat part and after paying him 685.00 he won't come back and take care of it I do not recommend this man
Contacted Tom at 10pm when our ac quit working. He responded by noon the next day (Saturday) and within 30 minutes he had it working again. Professional, reliable and courteous!! Highly recommend!

Responded right away and called before coming. Very professional and knowledgeable team. Communicated and well as provided pictures to show what was the cause and had a plan to fix it and cleaned up once finished. I would highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a great HVAC professional. I was hooked once they called and followed up the next day to see how the repair did. Life-saver.

Came out on the 4th of July weekend. Had our AC working in a reasonable amount time.
I can’t say enough, Tom was quick to respond. Quick to fix our issues and do a little preventative maintenance too. I have to commend him in his honesty too. His prices were affordable too. Very happy customer!!
I called Tom’s Affordable Cooling and Heating because my unit was not cooling. He said he could be at my house within the hour, which he was. He immediately started checking things out, replaced my filter for me. He found the problem, replaced the burnt out parts and refrigerate. From initial call to finishing was less than 2 hours and I am now sitting in comfortably cooled house. I would highly recommend Tom and will be definitely using him in the future when needed.
Our A/C unit suddenly stopped working. Tom was able to come over the same day and immediately fixed the problem. I will happily use his services again.

Tom Mullins took my service call on the SAME day during peak season for his industry when I had called 8-9 other service providers & one of which were available or remotely in a feasible price range ! He was fast,professional, he narrowed down all 3 issues with master precision & kindness to both my self pets & was extreamly respectful of my home !! After days of suffering in temps of upwards of 77 degrees & just minutes after he left my whole house began to cool down instantly !! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GREAT PRICES , HONEST & ethical Man of his word ! GOD BLESS BOTH HE & His Wife !!
A joke! Laid under the property for 5 hours and couldn’t even change a fan motor but charged us 900 dollars for labor and didn’t fix the fan motor. Plus , Tenant said he was creepy so he was fired. Got a real professional to fix everything for $200. He took us to court for labor charges without fixing anything. Complete joke and weird individual. Beware.
This dude is great. I called him Friday he said he would come look Monday and by Monday night my grandmother had air conditioning. He installed a brand new unit roughly 2000 dollars cheaper than ashworth heating and cooling quoted us for their cheapest unit. Great guy on time and great work fast and affordable.
Nicest person I've met int he business. Came out on a Sunday with short notice and was very affordable. Will definitely use again. Hard to find honest and professional people in this business.
Tom did a great job on short notice getting my heating unit back on after a wire arced and burnt up a component. Tom had the spare parts on hand in his van and had my family abs up up in running in under an hour on a Friday. Thanks - I found my new HVAC guy
Mr. Mullins arrived promptly and did a very thorough job repairing our HVAC duct work that had "supposedly" been repaired by the installer of the system. We will call on Mr. Mullins again for maintenance and/or any repairs we may need.
