I live in Pensacola Florida and I have a townhouse in Tallahassee that my daughters use for college, received a call on Sunday that the unit was down, called two other companies with no response by Monday was referred to Todd Kings, Harrison answered my call and scheduled a service the same day and was able to repair and replace the system the next, their service was clean and efficient and I was very pleased with the outcome
I cannot say how glorious I feel after Harrison’s visit to fix whatever was causing my suite to be forever hot and a good 10 degrees difference from the main house. Harrison took the time to examine EVERYTHING, from counting number of vents, their locations, the outdoor unit, the attic, and then the vent itself. Guess what! Someone had blocked the vent in the suite! He removed the blockage and the cold air started flowing across the room! Had it not been for his keen eyes and attention, this issue could have resulted in a very expensive fix. But Harrison saved the day by finding the actual problem. I could not be happier or more satisfied for the low price I paid to be comfortable. I highly recommend Todd King’s AC business for your cooling needs! Harrison is one of the nicest people I’ve met and sincerely wanted to help me. That means a lot to me. Thank you so much!

Todd King’s Heating & Cooling replaced two very old units for us in 2022. After discussing our best options with Harrison King, we decided on a Trane in one home and a Ruud in the other. We are very pleased with both, as well as the entire process up to and during the installation. Their new install and maintenance crews are very knowledgeable and we plan to trust them with all our future maintenance needs for these units. We definitely recommend Todd King’s Heating & Cooling!
Todd King’s service was top notch, super friendly, and pro! They replaced my HVAC system, including the ducts. With the prior system, one end of the house (near the unit) was always way hotter/cooler then the other end. Now it’s totally even!
Very professional and communicative. They are trustworthy. In the past I have used a company that did not perform service maintenance that was paid for.

June 25, 2022 Dear Sirs, Thank you so much for the excellent service we received this morning. My husband called your phone number on Saturday morning at 9am, and was connected with Harrison who stated that he’d be at our house within 30 minutes to an hour. Harrison then called back at about 9:40am to say he’d be here within 20 minutes. As soon as he arrived, my husband was impressed because Harrison was obviously knowledgeable. He made a quick diagnosis (within 5 minutes of his arrival), was professional, helpful, and personable. All told, Harrison diagnosed the problem, installed the new part, tested the system and was finished well within half an hour! Truthfully, with the record high temperatures this week, I was expecting to wait much longer for a service call. (As a disabled woman who has several essential/adaptive modifications in my home, I was totally stressing out thinking about moving to a hotel.) Let’s just say my mood is great now! Yes, I’m smiling ear to ear, as the cool air once again circulates in my home. Mrs. J. Collins
HVAC issues plague everyone at some point. I had a service a previous owner unknowingly authorized on his heat pump that caused intermittent failures that were tough to prove, let alone detect. All the employees were persistent, accessible and responsive. Most importantly, they stuck with it and found my issue. Cool as a cucumber now. Tremendous job folks!

He & his men are smart, responsive & were on time, through & cleaned up after themselves. They installed a great system & I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them.
