Very Friendly, my heat wasn't working during our latest cold front and they came out super fast. Did not price gouge either for the fast response time. Amazon service, super honest. Will not fix things that are not broken, Which is a plus.
Great service. Dale was outstanding explaining the process , what is needed and what it takes to have a humidifier installed.

Found Dale on Angie's list and within minutes of requesting a quote he called me. He came out to our home on a holiday and replaced parts on our heater on a very cold day. He explained everything, showed us what he was replacing and educated us on maintenance of our heater. Toasty's is the only company we will trust with our HVAC system. Would highly recommend!
EXCELLENT SERVICE! Dale is very knowledgeable and honest. He serviced our furnace when we first purchased our home. Our air conditioning was shot, we called Dale and he got us up and running without a long waiting period. I can't say enough about this company. Would NEVER use another company.
I had them out for a hot water heater issue where we were losing some of the heat, but it was still functional, and they called and helped diagnose over the phone then were out in 48 hours and replaced a dip tube. Good service and a fair price, I trusted them and would use them again.
Had toastys out last fall $79.00 furnace was running. This here they wanted $610.00 for a computer board that i found myself and installed it for $206.oo. sorry toasty your toast in my eyes, never call again.
Made an appointment on Tuesday for Wednesday afternoon. I didn't pick up the phone on Wednesday morning, so they canceled my appointment. Update: I always love it when a business owner blames their ridiculous procedure for canceling appointments based on "company policy" when that person is the company and they made the policy. The fact of the matter is this policy is bad. I would have been a repeat customer, but now I'm not.

We've had both Dale (owner) and Justin out to the house now and couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Their prices are reasonable (service call/maintenance was $20 less than the last company we had out.) The first time we called them out we specifically called asking for a quote on a new water heater. Dale came by, saw it was just a $50 part we needed, laid out our options (he recommended we go with the repair), fixed it the same day and made sure we knew how to tell when our 20 year old water heater would need to be replaced. I called the other evening and Justin came by the next day to look at a furnace issue. He diagnosed it quickly, made sure I understood what the problem was and what our options were, and then got the part and fixed it that day. He also discussed furnace maintenance and furnace filters with us and took the time to make sure we understood some best practices as a homeowner that we weren't previously aware of. Both times I found them to be prompt, professional, honest, fair and knowledgeable. Our neighbor recommended them to us and I'll do the same any time someone asks me.
Dale from Toasty's did great work to fix my hot water heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Friendly, quick and on time. Assessed my problem and had all the right parts needed to get my water heater up and running.
Amazing company, Dale is amazing! I had no hot water for four days, tried getting electricians and plumbers out here. Finally had one come out and told me it was going to be $600 or maybe a new heater. I called Toasty's and not only did Dale come right over but he fixed the problem within the hour. Hot water is back on and my barely two month old has hot water again and it wasn't anywhere near $600! He's coming back to do more work for me because he's trustful and honest.
Dale is one of the most professional and honest tradesmen that I've used in many years. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and shoots you straight. I had a gas leak that I needed fixed the same day, and he came out that evening with no price surprises or BS attempts to up-sell me on something I did not need. He also took the time to show me how and when to perform routine maintenance on my water heater and humidifier. The pride that he takes in his work and business is incredible. Life long customer here.
