Tom is just the best! I insisted on them installing a unit that wasn’t right for my house, and they did, and it’s had issues like Tom predicted it would, but he’s always come and fixed it on short notice whenever an issue has arisen. We should’ve listened to him and gotten a different unit, but live and learn. Next time I’ll listen to Tom.

I was low on refrigerant, and Tom came out and filled me up. He went through extra step of checking for leaks, and cleaning the surrounding area. At the end I feel I received great service at a fair price.

Tom literally saved our Christmas. On December 23 our heat went out about 9pm. The hill we live on was also iced over so we couldn't leave. My wife, our 3 dogs and myself barricaded ourselves in our bedroom under 4 covers with a space heater going that didn't do much good. It was about 40 degrees and miserable. I woke up panicked at the thought of us being stuck home without heat through the Christmas Holiday. I reached out to a few places not expecting to find anyone on Christmas Eve. Lucky for me , Tom was the only one that responded back and then followed up with a phone call . At first, he tried to help trouble shoot the issue over the phone to avoid an unnecessary fix that I could do on my own. That didn't work.. At 3pm on Christmas Eve, Tom managed to fit me in and get my unit fixed. Not only was it fixed, but he didn't gouge me and the cost was beyond fair...TNT has a customer for life.

In all honesty, Tom had been the most professional hvac tech I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I had my hvac repair in literally no time. The whole team was kind and helped me out immediately. Tom diagnosed my issue and repair it in not even a quarter of the time the other company took to do a diagnosis. Tom told me exactly what was wrong with no hesitations. I've had to call Tom several times this summer for defective coils and a rabbit that decided to chew on my wiring...twice! He responded very quickly and is a pleasant person as well. His fees are reasonable and we never feel like we are overpaying. Would definitely recommend him.

Tom did a $180 repair on a Friday. I paid right away. By Sunday morning the unit had completely stopped working. I texted Tom at 8:30a. He responded reiterating the work he did the Fri. prior. At 10a I asked him if he’d be able to go back out to take another look into what the issue may be & he never responded. At 7p I reached out expressing my frustration in him never responding as to whether he could go back out or not. Note that Google lists his hours as 24 hours. This was Sunday before Labor Day. An A/C issue is the last thing anyone wants to deal with on a holiday weekend, but I never imagined Tom would never respond about going back out. He didn’t respond to me until I reached out in frustration.

Synopsis: Tom can be very pleasant, but he did not communicate well or explore all solutions. His lack of communication resulted in my having to pay for the same issue twice. When I inquired with him, he minimized my perspective and did NOT offer an apologize. Instead, he suggested that I continue to utilize a new HVAC company. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Full incident: When my A/C first started having issues, I contacted TNT on June 18. Tom was extremely pleasant and accommodating when he visited. He even came the next day after I called. After evaluating my A/C, he saw that some pipe needed to be cleaned. He used a small tool that was connected to the pipe to "clean" it out. He did NOT offer any other solutions. My A/C began cooling again within a few hours. By July 10, my A/C was malfunctioning again. Sometimes it would cool, sometimes it would not. I called Tom to explain. He suggested that, given the intermittent nature of the issue, we may have to wait until the A/C completely broke down. He did NOT offer to come back out to reevaluate the issue. And he did NOT offer any other solutions. I decided to pursue another company. I finally got an appointment today, July 27. The tech evaluated and found the same pipe issue that Tom found. However, he offered to clean out to the pipe by using gas to essentially blow out the clogs. Tom did NOT offer to do this when he was here. I called Tom while the other tech was here to inquire why he did not offer this other solution. Tom shared concern that that blow-out method may do something adverse to the A/C system. Then, Tom said that using bleach would be better. But Tom did NOT suggest the bleach or blow-out solution when he was here. I shared that I was disappointed in my experience with TNT, and that I was having to pay for the same issue twice, even though Tom had other solutions that he could have explored. Tom said that he would have come back to look at my A/C again for free. Tom did NOT ment
