This business is rated number one in my book. Tom came out on Saturday took furnace apart And showed me the issue. He came back after getting parts. Overall if you need a furnace or HVAC guy call Tom of TNT Heating & Cooling Inc.

When another company tried to tell me I needed a new furnace, Tom came out and fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost! He is professional and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend TNT and would use them again in a minute.

Tom installed new coils on my existing furnace, new lines, and a new condenser unit outside. He took measurements a few days before, and on the day of install he was ready with all the custom duct work he needed. Tom was very courteous and professional and got the job done very quickly for the price quoted. The job at the end looked cleaner and more professional than HVAC work I've gotten done by big HVAC companies. The install was completed 18 months ago with no problems so far. I haven't needed any warranty work done, but I wouldn't hesitate to call Tom if there was an issue. Tom's communicationn was great over phone, text, and email.
Tom is a great guy, a very good contractor. I had an issue with my AC not working and he found the issue and had it solved quickly! Reasonable pricing and great work!
TNT Heating and Cooling just installed a new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier in my condo in Northville, Michigan. Tom Pierz is the ultimate professional. He was able to deal with my very picky Home Owner’s Association’s rules and regulations procedures where I live. His work also passed Northville Township‘s stringent regulations with flying colors. Tom was able to answer all their questions and mine. I would highly recommend Tom not only for his professional abilities but also his personal qualities. He is prompt… To the minute! He is neat and clean, laying down tarps on the floors and stairs to prevent staining and also cleans up after himself!
