Heating system evaluation. Technician was supposed to submit the assessment report after 3 days but 4 days after, it is still lacking. We cannot move forward because of this and technician doesn't answer calls. We are sitting here with no heat and he takes his sweet time.
If I could put zero stars I would called for two weeks and they would not answer the phone went straight to voicemail. Didn’t even send the paperwork to my home insurance for repairs until 3 weeks later then stated it was unsafe and in an attic when reality it was on the roof which is long and you won’t see from eye view just looking up which is what they did! And because his report of (unsafe) my home warranty wasn’t going to send other heating company based on HIS word! until I sent numerous photos and proof that his claims were wrong.! Will never use them again!
Extremely rude and unprofessional . Be prepared to play phone tag and when they do decide to answer they are not nice . David “the owner” cannot handle any type of negative feedback and he will be rude and cut you off . Not responsible or liable .

Water was leaking into my kitchen from the HVAC on the roof. Home warranty company denied my claim for absurd reason (they wanted me to let the water just continue to drop through the ceiling for an entire week). TNT was the contracted company. We talked separately outside of the warranty service. David helped me out a lot by offering to do the fix at a can’t beat rate. He was on time and fast with the fix. Took pictures after he was done so I didn’t need to climb on the roof again. Great company and service. Thanks!
Ac blew out sub panel during heat wave Mr. Holt and his crew took care of me the very next day ;respectful and on time and fast they did a great job and my ac is going strong thanks guys
DAVID HOLT, the owner of this company showed up and told me to change my air filter and the problem would be fixed. It was not fixed, the compressor was shot and the coils were disintegrating. This coward refused to come back and fix the problem when another friend showed me the real problem. A responsible business owner would make sure their work was complete and done correctly. David failed in this endeavor in all areas. He failed as a contractor, he failed as a business owner and he failed period to fix the problem. He couldn't recognize a bad compressor? He couldn't see the coils? I have written a complaint with Consumer Affairs State License Board and the Better Business Bureau. Any adequately trained technician could have correctly diagnosed the problem, he was obviously not well trained. The home warranty company now has a complaint and they will no longer use him per the customer service rep I spoke with. Now for the unprofessional part! This owner is a coward, he refuses to deal with customer complaints. He refuses to return phone calls and resorts to calling customers names. As far as I am concerned any work done by this company, especially the owner is completely suspect and probably done incorrectly based on his business practice and his business manner.
David was away in Florida and reached out to my mother off hours to help her with an issue. Really great guy and really helpful.
Got on the phone with these folks and they were at my home within an hour. My tech Chris was excellent. Very thorough and clear. Explained the issue and best-practices. Highly recommend this business.
