Todd and Sheri are the best! They always go above and beyond! I highly recommend!
I had my house built, including a brand new Lennox unit. In the second summer, my A/C quit blowing cold air. After my home-builder let me know it was out of his hands, but Lennox has a warranty, I called TNS, told Todd what was going on. He showed up that afternoon, spent about an hour on the unit and diagnosed the coil was bad and needed to be replaced. He ordered the part, handled the warranty, and the price was MUCH less than what I had expected based on researching online and what my home-builder had told me to expect. The people at TNS are very friendly and seem to be very honest and fair. I have recommended them to several friends and family members and would recommend giving them a call.
I have always had great service from Todd/TNS in the past, but not anymore. They installed a entire new system in my house a a few months ago, and I have been having a few issues with it. TNS has stood me up on two different appointments to look into the problems and also won't return my messages. I guess their warranty on new installations doesn't mean very much if they won't show up to appointments or call people back.
