Brad came to my house for an AC Diagnostic. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He figured out the problem rather quickly, but still took the time to run through his entire diagnostic protocol to make sure nothing was missed. They weren’t able to save the machine because it was too old to even find parts for, but the crew came out and installed a new unit in a timely manner. Every person I had contact with showed a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of their profession. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance.
Called to get help with a kitchen sink that was clogged for 3 weeks. They fixed it within an hour. Amazing people, very patient and reliable. Very understanding of the circumstances we're under and made sure that we were comfortable with the final price. We will never be using another company again. TN Property Solutions will now be our go to. Thank you so very much for the help.
Absolutely amazing service and people! Super friendly and understanding of hard times. More than fair prices and super professional and personable. I used to have a Hiller Plumbing membership but I'm canceling that. For what they claimed was a job for 575 and needed to go under the house for it, Ben did it cheaper and better quality, with more honest work and didn't even have to go under the house at all to fix our clogged sink. Will definitely be calling for some other things Hiller "quoted" us for and see if they were just trying to get money from us. Respectful workers and super caring. Made me believe in people a great deal more than I did before. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Listen these people know what they are doing. In a world where customer service is dying, they are bringing it right back. Exemplary customer service and care. From the dispatcher to the tech to the techs assistant. Really kind, and caring people. They went out of their way to be here early on a Saturday to help repair our ac. They fixed our heater during the big freeze. They know what they are talking about, honest to a fault, and really actually care about people. I highly recommend them. We are new to TN this year from Atlanta. I come from a huge city. These guys are the best HVAC people I have worked with hands down!
Ben and his team were so professional and very considerate of my situation. After getting a quote from another company, I know that TN Property Solutions was giving me the best value. Ben is willing to look beyond the obvious problems and try the simple solutions before pushing a system replacement. He's honest and when he gives you a quote, that's the real and total number, no extra fees. I will never call another hvac specialist.
