TM3 HVAC - The Air Doctor

He took old A/C out and put new one in. Made a mess in basement and didn't clean it up. He was to come back to clean the vents in the whole house as he said his remote part was broke and had to order new one. 2nd appt. when he was to come with new remote said it never showed up. Then reschedule for third time never showed up and said forgot to put in calendar. ON 4th time he scheduled text saying on his way will be in red truck at 8am,10:07am loading truck and in route. Then didnt hear from him again. He has ignored my calls, my texts,and emails and refuses to return my money for services he never showed up to do!!!
