HIGHLY recommend TLP Renovations & HVAC. I had 4 furnaces & AC units that needed servicing. They were polite, professional, on time and did a great job at a competitive price. Will be sure to use them again in the future.
I’ve had TLP out for a very large landscaping project and they’ve done a fantastic job! It’s been complex and I’m a pretty picky person so I’ve appreciated the extra effort.

I had tlp renovations install a new furnace and ac unit and they did a wonderful job. The furnace was in the attic and the removal and installation in a unique location was great. Would use them again!

Slocomb and TLP have been great to work with. He's done several jobs for me now and has always been affordable, fast, and done good work.
We bought an old house in East Walnut Hills that had a lot of things not really fixed. They had a gerry-rigged rubber tubing replacing a pipe on the boiler sustem. TLP Renovations and HVAC came out quickly this winter when water was pouring out of the line. Our tenant got heat restored. We will call them in the spring to recondition the system. They are the best. We couldn’t be happier with their service. They can repair any kind of HVAC. If you want a knowledgeable company with a great work ethic, call on them. We are glad we did.
They were great. Slocomb responded to my need and right away had someone call to schedule an appointment. They were on time and serviced my furnaces for a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them again for future HVAC services.
