My split unit stopped working and I assumed the unit was out of warranty. Sergio came out and spent quite a bit of time diagnosing it and repairing it. At the end I did not get a bill. He covered the repair. He is a pleasure to work with.
It was worth to hire Titan Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my furnace. My co worker referred Titan to me. Technicians were professional and polite and big boss Sergio was easy to talk to as if I had known him for a long time. He came by to check during the process and after job was completed. He even came back to install the carbon monoxide alarm as promised. I may even going to use them in the future for my yearly air conditioning maintenance.
Titan replaced my thermostat with a newer model compatible with my Control4 automation system. Sergio was very professional and knowledgable during the whole process from start to finish.
Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. Our furnace was fixed within hours of Titan receiving a crucial replacement part.

I have been using this company for quite some time now and they have been nothing but helpful to me. The AC repair man that came out to my house was great. He was very polite, and he didn't leave my home until he had made sure that my AC unit was working completely. I am so glad I called this company for help when my AC stopped working properly.
I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. They are always on time and give me a fair price for the work to be done. They have a wide range of service technicians who can repair anything from an AC unit to a gas leak. I am very glad that I found them when my central air conditioning went out and they were able to fix it same day. If you want dependable and affordable services, then this is the company for you.

Absolutely outstanding service! I had a failing AC unit and Titan came out within an hour - and diagnosed the situation - all in 110+ weather. Sergio the owner - went home and brought his personal portable AC unit for me to use during the night. Incredibly thoughtful!!Titan installed the new AC unit the next morning and it was done and running by 2pm. Absolutely mind blowing!! The team was polite, professional, clean and super smart. They worked in a dreaded heat wave - never complained - and did an amazing job. I will always use Titan Heating and Air Conditioning (and so should you).

I’m glad I went with Titan heating & air conditioning. They responded right away with great customer service (I called on a weekend). The crew arrived on time and were very professional they were pet friendly so I didn’t have to lock my dog in a room. I even got a phone call to see if everything was working properly after the work was completed. I will gladly recommend Titan heating & air conditioning to anyone I know. I called Titan at 9:30pm on a Friday & spoke to the owner, Sergio. He agreed to come to my house on Saturday at 11am. After diagnosing the problem, Sergio easily & professionally explained my options. Once we came to an agreement, Sergio had his team show up on Monday at 8am. His guys were courteous & worked efficiently. They got the job done sooner than I expected. I would definitely recommend Titan to friends & family.
Having the a/c break during the Summer and with kids home from school is less than ideal. We called the team at Titan… in two days we had a new a/c unit to cool us down! They provided excellent customer service from the first phone call, the free in home estimate, financing, and installation. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to help fix our a/c.
