Serigo was our tech and he was great!! On time and very efficient with getting the work done on time. He went above and beyond and even replaced my air filters with no additional charge. The pricing I was quoted by Titan was also the price I paid when the work was completed so no surprise additional charges. I would not only use them again in the future but would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
Best AC company I've ever used. Called this morning (on the 4th of July) and they were here within a couple hours and fixed our AC and we were able to continue with our holiday weekend. Honest, Reliable and trust worthy

We've struggled with our AC not keeping our house cool for years. We've had over 10 companies come and look at it and tell us there was nothing wrong. Titan came out yesterday and their tech spent over 3 hours meticulously checking everything and finally discover the issue. Would recommend this company to anyone. Truly a professional company who cares about serving their customers.

Update: Still love Titan and Justin. Just signed up for their annual plan. I've now used Titan Comfort Solutions in my home and my business. At my office, they have installed an Air Scrubber system to reduce viruses, bacteria, mold, and mildew circulating in the air and I love it. Today, it was my home furnace that decided to stop heating right before the big cold front. Justin was able to come out within an hour or two, found the problem, fixed it, and we are a happy family. Great business and service!
