Tirana HVAC did an outstanding job with the installation of our new Mitsubishi AC/HEAT PUMP system. Mark and his team were very knowledgable, professional, and timely with the equipment and the install. All the workers on the job were very considerate with keeping all work areas clean. The overall installation was performed with everyone working extremely hard and with top notch quality. There is no questioned that I will use and recommend Tirana HVAC for future projects as well as recommend them to others seeking a great Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning company.
We have used Tirana HVAC three times and will continue to do so in the future. Mark is quick in his responses, shows up on time, and resolves the problem. My favorite part about Mark is that he is more than willing to explain the system to you, and answer any questions you might have. This past summer I was having an issue with my AC unit, I called Mark, he got back to me within the hour. He couldn’t come that day but suggested what the problem might be. I was able to clean drain pump and line with the system up and running an hour later. Thank you Mark!
Tirana HVAC installed two outside units and total 7 indoor units. The total installation was done in 2 days. Mark and his team are very professional, clean and will answer any questions/concerns ahead of time. I highly recommend Mark and Tirana HVAC. Agron.A
I had Tirana install a 2-part AC system. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. They were able to complete the project in one day and were neat and clean.
We have used Tirana HVAC twice. The first time, we reached out to see if they could install two nest thermostats. Our house is old and the previous thermostats probably haven't been replaced in a decade or more. We were a little worried about compatability. Mark was able to schedule the replacement within a day of us contacting him. He showed up on time, replaced the thermostats quickly and efficiently, gave us a review of what he did, and was very reasonable priced given the quality of the service he provides. We recently bought a nest doorbell and I reached out to see if Mark could install it or recommend someone who could. He was able to squeeze us in the same week and it is working wonderfully. I couldn't get it connected to my wifi (totally user error) and Mark offered to stop by later if I was still having issues. I figured it out, but appreciated the service. Anytime we have an HVAC or similar need, we will reach out to Tirana HVAC first.

Mark was fantastic to work with. He helped install two ecobee thermostats and bring in the heat and cooling into the same place to reduce the number of thermostats i needed and give us more comfort in our home and the control of our climate. Thank you for the services and speed & quality of the job. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend to anyone that needs HVAC/heating services.
My AC quit working in the middle of the Summer. Desperately, I called a well-known HVAC company and they suggested I replace the AC unit with a quotation running into >$15k. Few days later Mark from Tirana walks in and tells me my AC is fine but needs a new component worth $40 bucks. He took time to explain why my AC failed and how he is going to fix it. He also assured me that my AC should last longer than 5 years with good maintenance. What's not to like in Mark with his professional competency, patience, and honesty. If you have any HVAC issues or looking for a new installation or an upgrade, give Mark a shot. You will be sure to get the best deal in town.

Mark and his crew installed a couple of mini split air conditioners at our home. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with and professional. Both units work perfectly and keep our home nice and cool. We were particularly grateful that all the work was done quickly and with no delays. Mark is very hardworking, knowledgeable and helpful in the process, and we would definitely reach out to him again with any future HVAC needs. Highly recommended!!
Mark is an outstanding HVAC service person, both skilled and honest. He is responsive and professional, available to take my calls and talk me through issues when my AC is acting up. With a first repair, he took the time to talk me through diagnosing it, and explained how I could actually fix it myself - without charge. When my compressor fan motor needed replacement - my second repair - Mark came out and took the time to ensure the problem had been diagnosed correctly, before replacing only what was necessary, at a reasonable price. He is now my go-to HVAC guy. He’s honest and skilled and I recommend him without reservation.
Our AC broke right at the first heatwave of the year. I had called 5 other places that had come up first in my search, no one would even call me back. Mark got right back to me and came out that same day. He worked diligently to fix our unit, even coming out in the evening and staying until after 8pm to make sure everything was fixed. Not only that, but also reached out afterwards to check in and see how everything was working. This is the company you wish every other company held their standards to. Honest, clear, trustworthy, and excellent at their craft. Highly highly recommended!
Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reasonable! He always makes sure you understand what is been installed and repaired. There is no surprises with his work. His work is on time and clean! He maintains contact to guarantee his job is done at highest level! Very happy experience!

Took the time to answer all questions during the install and made sure to check in throughout the installation to explain what steps were being completed and made sure everything was satisfactory once completed.
