Tino's Heating & Cooling gave us not only a competitive bid, but also provided a level of service beyond what we were expecting. Communication was spectacular! The crew was friendly, respectful, and helpful with their answers and setting expectations. The work was clean and the new A/C system works much better than what we had before. I would highly recommend their services to my closest family and friends.
I had been asking for quotes across different companies in the valley, and Tino’s provided the best quote and the best financing package. Apart from that Oswaldo was transparent in telling me the different options that I could go with, depending on whether I wanted top efficiency, budget friendliness, or something in between. Once I made my decision, we walked me through the process of financing and set me up for an installation date 5 days later. The Tino’s cooling team arrived on time, and did the entire removal of the old system and installation of the new system in just a couple of hours, as well as installing the new thermostat. So far, everything is working perfectly and they have been very communicative to ensure that it’s all flowing smoothly. I highly recommend anyone use Tino’s for their A/C needs.
I wanted to install a smart thermostat to help save family some money and we found out the "c" common wire was there but not hooked up on the motherboard on the air handler in the attic. I called and they came out within a couple of days and climbed up and had the wire connected and even hooked up my smart thermostat within 30mins! He was excellent on price as everyone else wanted to charge $200-$300 just to climb up and hook up that common wire! I tipped them extra because they were so nice and helpful.
Tinos Is the best ac company , I had like 4 company’s coming to check out the problem and nobody wants to fix a 7 years old unit , all others only want to change the unit , these guys fixed it and saved me about 12,000 in a new unit .
No one can ever predict any outage, especially at the start of the summer. I was scrambling to find someone that could replace my AC unit in a moments notice and found Tino’s Heating and Cooling through the Nextdoor app. He was responsive, beyond helpful explaining the process, helped me find financing, and truly best in class customer service. He laid out all of my options and guided me through all the questions I had for him. He communicated any updates he had for me along the way and had my AC up and running within days. The longest part of the process was waiting for the new unit to come, but definitely not his fault. My business partner and I have been using Tino's services at several properties for about five years. This was the first time he has worked at my own home. On two of his visits my wife was home alone and Tino was always respectful, polite and professional. His work is first class. He installed a Trane Mitsubishi mini split in our south facing open plan kitchen living space. His work is neat and his attention to detail is second to none. Thank you again for your work Tino!

Waldo came by to see about one of my rooms that wasn't cooling. He offered some advice on how to improve it without resorting to saying we'd have to needlessly replace the entire system, unlike a previous company. Because Tino's wasn't just out to make a buck, I'll be able to call on them again due to their trustworthiness.
Love the new Bosch units and thermostats. These Bosch units are super quiet, can’t wait to see how they lower my electric usage compared to the old 19 year old units. The thermostats are so much better than the originals. Used to keep the thermostats at lower settings, these are set a few degrees higher to keep cool. It’s great to have two ac units working again!
Did the installation of my New AC unit. They did a great job, he was honest, can be trusted and will give a reasonable rate.

When I first called Tino’s for HVAC installation, I took it as a good sign when he, himself, answered the phone. Tino was especially helpful by suggesting some cooling and heating options we had not yet considered, that will in turn add value to our home. It was only days later he showed up (on time) with his crew for the install. Tino is communicative, efficient and gave us a fair price. On top of that, he connected us with reputable pros for additional work we needed done. It feels great to have this home project taken care of so promptly, and I would recommend Tino for HVAC service of any kind.

Tinos team (Oswaldo) was amazing. He was tasked with our issue of dealing with a problematic old AC system that was interfaced with newer thermostat technology by another business in the area that failed to work due to this other company not doing good work. The old unit was not working so it was replaced in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. He was then tasked with making the newer thermostat technology we had already in place function with the newer, more efficient AC system, which he did well and now we have a working system. He was honest with his work and his pricing. He even came back a few days later to check on us and make sure the system was functioning well for us during the colder months here in Phoenix. This will be used again for sure especially since I know I will need to replace another unit in the future. The AC companies don’t get any better than this team.
After contacting multiple companies to get my heater fix, I found Tino’s and I am glad I did! They are responsive, friendly, and professional. They explained everything that needed to be fix and gave us recommendations on how to optimize our system. We will definitely call Tino’s again for any future services. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.
