Put in humidifier 3 months ago, system broke sprayed water all over, twice no showed for repair, never came,won't answer phone.
Made two appointments, never showed up. No one reached out to me.
We only used them because our Warranty company directed us to who they use locally to replace our air conditioner. It took them over 10 days to schedule an appointment, the day they were supposed to come they cancel via text, with a sorry our technicians are sick. Don't know when we can reschedule. We were sitting in a house that was unsafe to live and they couldn't careless. They're horrible people, a horrible business if you can use anyone' else I would!
I thought Randy was very professional and helpful with diagnosing and cleaning our air unit. We will definitely be using Tinman again in the future.
Installed a new furnace for me promptly after my old one died. They also helped bring the electrical on my old setup up to code. It was a great price for a higher efficiency unit. The only negative experience was going through the home warranty company. It really slows things down, but that's the warranty company's fault.
Aaron came out and put a full system service for me furnace and ac. He was very knowledgable and very well respectful and profesional. The qaulity of his work was excelent
Was working with this company through a home warranty company. To say the least they lack communication and are rude. Just needed a part replaced. Was told 4 times someone would come out and never did because they got in an accident. Understandable. But no one from the company let us know no one would be coming out. We got pushed back 2 weeks and our part was never picked up and was sent back to the shipper. My boyfriend had to call everyday to get an update. This company ended up not working with our home warranty so we went with someone else. Found out someone intentionally destroyed our unit, the new company said wires were all unconnected, parts were hidden in the unit and our fan now was not getting any power at all (it had some power before) and I let Tin man know since their employee was the last to touch our unit, we don't know who ruined our unit but wanted it on their radar. Spoke to Felicia and she was rude at first but was going to find out what happened. Got a call from Marco this morning who was the last person to touch our unit, he stated he didn't do anything besides check the compressor and then went to say "this is he said she said, for all I know you or your boyfriend could have messed it up after I looked at it" which is mind blowing, and makes no sense for us to break our own unit more when all cost were being covered. They also tried blaming a family friend that came to look at it before Marco, even though Marco came out with the same diagnosis our family friend had and Marco did not mention anything else was wrong. It was just the compressor. Marco then hung up on me while I was talking. Marco also blocked my boyfriends number when we were still working with this company. Would not recommend working with them. This has been a complete joke for almost a month and now we're dealing with more issue that just magically appeared after thinking it was just the compressor. Absolutely ridiculous. I actually only ended up with this company because they are contracted out through Sears to do AC install. It took them three attempts over three days to install my AC and they were incapable of installing the thermostats I was sold. They had to give me one out of the back of their truck. Everything looks like it was done by an mature. There are extra holes in my walls and all the electrical was done outside the walls so there are cables everywhere. I feel like they have no idea what they are doing and I could have done a better job myself with only instructions off the internet and a hammer. Do yourself a favor and find a professional company instead.
