Failed to show up for the appointment to check on my AC. Never bothered to call and notify why the appointment was missed. When I reached out and was finally able to reach them, I was told he can’t make it because he is too tired to show up today. Very nicely said will call next day and come by. Again no show next day, and never called on time (called 2 hours later at which point I couldn’t pick up his call due to work), but then when I called back 10 minutes later, very unprofessionally said that the reason he is canceling is because I didn’t pick up his call. Zero stars.

I found Ismail after working with 2 other plumbers who did shoddy work in my house and what a blessing he has turned out to be! I called Ismail and he showed up the same day, did a walk-through and immediately assessed the situation and recommended ways we can fix the issues - AND HE DID! He was great to work with from day 1. So great we decided to add Central Air & Heat and he & his team (including Martin) expertly installed it. We are thrilled beyond words with our new HVAC System as we’re both so used to window units! I must say, one of the best things about working with Ismail is his communication as he is always available to discuss the plan and that is so refreshing. It really has been an absolute pleasure working with Tin Heating & Plumbing and I can’t say enough positive things about their plumbing skills and the way the handle their business. 5 stars is not enough, it should be 20 stars!
Ismael was responsive, punctual, explained what he was doing and why, and provided maintenance tips. Would that all service providers were like this!

I bought my house 20 years ago and for years I could never find a reliable and fair plumbing service. That all changed when someone referred me to Ishmael and Tin Hearing and cooling. I’ve had several emergencies over the years and they are incredibly responsive, come right away, do great work, and don’t break the bank. I’ve also had them do all the plumbing work for my home renovation, and I am so impressed by their professionalism. I highly recommend them for jobs both big and small.

We have been using Tin Heating and cooling for a large condo building for the last 8 years. He is knowledgeable and punctual. He replaced heating unit at my house about 5 years ago without any issues. I highly recommend him.

Finally someone in Bergen County who gets it! Quick response time, quick diagnosis and no bs. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. Most importantly, Ismael(the owner) was honest. Most of these guys will add on little things to boost up the invoices. Ismael immediately recognized the problem and fixed it; rather than try to build a higher invoice by wasting time with ridiculous possible issues. Definitely recommend his services!
Had a problem with my ac unit in the hottest time of the summer. Tin heating and cooling came out promptly and gave me a very fair price. Not everyday you get such a professional service. Will definitely hold on to there number.
