The first technician for my plumbing issue was easy to work with and earnest in his efforts. The plumbing issue persisted and when another technician came, he was rude, verbally aggressive and did not listen to me. He then quoted me an outrageous sum to fix a leak( that another plumber repaired at 1/10 the price). When I called Tim Ferguson to share my experience, I was told that the technician has had previous complaints but they didn’t know if anything had been done about him. There was zero acknowledgement of the company’s responsibility both for their staff and for their work that I had to pay another plumber to fix. Incredibly disappointing.
I am very embarrassed for this business.. I called asking to fix a leaking faucet. They were over an hour late to their appointment with a 2 hour time frame they previously gave me. The guy walks in, and he is not friendly at all. I take him upstairs to show him the issue. At this point the water was turned off so he could dig into the issue. I just tell him briefly (not in detail at all) what the issue is at hand. He then goes through his ipad and randomly quotes me a job.. he was even back and forth on which one it was. He was there a total 3 minutes. At this point I am furious and just pay the service fee.. Never again will use or refer them.. $60 for a guess.
I contacted Tim Ferguson Plumbing, Air, Electric to install a Honeywell WiFi Thermostat and the Technican Mieko was prompt, courteous and attentive in the installation process. I’ve been using this company for almost a year and I really enjoy the service they provide. Top in my books!!
Unprofessional nasty work....I called credit card company and disputed charges. My home is in worse shape than it was before they arrived. A technician named "Devin" put holes in my wall and he also left old calk around my faucet because he told my wife he had no putty knife nor razor blade to remove it, he told her to have her husband do it (which is me). He also left a panel off from my wall behind my gas hot water heater, with the screws still on my hot water heater and about a 3 ft by 2 ft hole in my wall behind my stove. So that left 2 gaping holes in my kitchen walls.Then on top of all of that he put my broken handle back onto to my faucet in my children's bathroom and told my wife to have her husband replace it, that he will not charge us for that.... I thought that is why I called Tim Ferguson Plumbing. I will be contacting the Better Business Burea (BBB) as well. If you need pictures please e mail me @ papabaird80@yahoo.com or text 615-796-3999. Untill they repair the damage they have caused.....which is more damage then I had before they started....I WOULD NOT USE TIM FERGUSON PLUMBING, HEATING/AIR, AND ELECTRICAL FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The first tech they sent seemed like he was on drugs (which was later confirmed by the 2nd text they sent) and had no idea what he was talking about. He said he would send an estimate and we never heard from him. The 2nd tech said he was going to schedule us on Thursday but never pulled a permit or gave me anything in writing until the day before the scheduled job he told me it was going to be almost $700 more than what he quoted me & backed me into a corner of needing plumbing and not being able to start from scratch and being 2 weeks out with other plumbers. He was rude when I asked him why he was not keeping his word and insinuated to me and TOLD the other workers at the house he was "jacking up the price because I'm just gonna finance it" which is ILLEGAL. Then he backed out when I begged him to keep his word. I complained to the manager and he was apologetic and scheduled us 2 days later then changed it to Monday then had the owner call me and back out again. They are unprofessional and incredibly incompetent. This company left me beside myself upset and in a horrible position. They didn't have any remorse about cancelling or not keeping their word. The owner himself called and was short, rude & unprofessional to me as well. Don't deal with this company ...they are scammers who schedule you then jack up the price the day before the job or probably on the job! The worst!!! Not only am I called the better business bureau but I am calling a lawyer as well. Horrible people.
I called a week in advance to schedule someone to come out to the house. While on the phone, I explained in great detail what needed to be done and the complete scope of the job. My husband took off work to meet the plumber at the house, they assessed the work and told him they would call and get a quote. They then left without doing anything and without giving a quote or explanation. They said they couldn't even check the faucets and reset the toilet. This is basic plumbing work and I am not sure how a plumbing company stays in business when they can't even do basic work. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
Two units in our home; and both failed within hours of each other Tuesday afternoon. Called all around, web searches etc., with no one available until Thursday mid-day. Called HomeAdvisor, explained that had no AC... so glad that Tim Ferguson called. My technician Drew, called said it may be 8:30pm before he could finish a job and then make it to my address. He arrived at 7:20pm! Diagnosed the problem...seized compressor motor on one unit and a bad switch for the other. Replaced the compressor motor... repaired switch... units cooling. I am impressed with Drew professionalism and Tim Ferguson straight forward pricing. Two story home with temps in the 90's makes homeowner easy prey. I am very happy with the service, the repairs, the technician and Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air and Electric. Great Job!!!!
