Tyler installed our AC/Furnace a few years ago and the price/service can not be beat by anyone in the area guaranteed. He has also come out to check maintenance twice for me at no extra charge. I recommend this guy to all my friends and family for their HVAC needs.
Great service, great staff, and great prices.
Tyler saved our family when our furnace went out and the temperature was in the teens overnight. He came early morning, fixed it quickly, and laid out our options clearly considering our furnace is almost 25 years old. He was very affordable and didn't price gouge us in our desperate situation. Will definitely be using Tight Lines again!
Talk about amazing service and fantastic knowledge! My sister gave me Tyler’s info and I gave him a call. He came over as soon as he was able–the same day! He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts immediately. As soon as the parts came in, he was right at my house to fix the problem. Needless to say, my AC has been working beautifully the last three days. Tyler is very knowledgeable and honest! I will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you, Tyler!
Saw Tight Lines recommended on our city Facebook page. Gave him a call today… he explained some things to me and then had a minute and came out to look things over. I’ve never had that kind of service. He definitely could have over charged and made things up and he did not. I will definitely be using him for any HVAC issues that I have in the future and telling everyone that I know to use him.

I was very very impressed with Tyler, he was very honest and knows HVAC very well better than any other technician I have ever had come out in over 10 years. His prices are amazing, he doesn't appear to have the overhead some other companies have of like sales people to sell you a furnace. He is the technician and he recommends the furnace and AC that is best or diagnoses the problem if there is one. I just needed a whole new unit AC and Furnace and he came and put it all in in once evening.
I am very impressed!!! I found this company on my local Facebook page and my fears was that family and friends were recommending them. I had another company come look at my AC and this company did not fix it but charged me a lot for just looking at it. Tight lines came out and spent more time, charged my freon, and actually fixed my AC charging me less than the other company. Tyler could’ve bashed the other company when I explained my disgust with this other company, but he was very professional and said it could’ve been just a inexperienced tech. This is a company I will use and recommend for life and I can’t put into words how grateful I am for having a reliable HVAC company that won’t over charge.
We used this company for some HVAC maintenance. They did a great job but were supposed to give me a bid on some additional work and come back and do some other things to improve our HVAC system. I tried following up several times and every time I talked to them they kept telling me how slammed they have been and kept putting me off. They left our HVAC partially fixed(enough for it to at least run but not to its best performance.) They didn’t want to waste their time on small jobs. I ended up having to find someone else after hassling them for over 2 months.
Tyler is an honest guy who does a great job. Service is excellent and made sure to take care of us. I will never use anyone else. Affordable and very great at what he does.
Today was my first time using Tight Lines HVAC and it was a great experience. I've worked with other HVAC companies in the past and the experience has never wowed me except for their high prices and very slow response time. I explained the issue with Tyler this morning and he actually explained that it could be an easy self fix (no charge). After trying the self fix it didn't solve the problem (weeded out a potential issue) so he sent one of his men to my rental within a few hours to replace the ignitor. Within 30 minutes the job was done and the price was very fair. I'm happy that I now have an honest and very professional HVAC company to work with in the years ahead.
We put off getting a new AC unit and new furnace for a year but finally decided to go ahead and upgrade. We did our homework and figured out what we needed to upgrade to. We got numerous bids but Tyler at Tight Lines HVAC was the only company that actually walked around our entire home, counted and measured all the vents and returns. Determined the air flow of the house and the ventilation. When we brought up the size of the new units that other companies suggested, Tyler informed us that bigger isn’t always better. He did not try to up-sell us and said based on the home size and the air flow design of our house, that going to a bigger more expensive unit would be counterproductive and could cause issues in the future. Tyler was easy to talk to, responded to questions prior to the install in a timely manner, and came across as very knowledgeable about HVAC. The install was completed ahead of schedule and he clearly explained the new smart thermostat. I would recommend Tight Lines HVAC to anyone needed a new AC and furnace install. No only was Tyler easier to work with, we could not argue with his prices being a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the other companies for a more efficient set up.
Tyler the owner is very professional and knows all of his stuff! He'll not only fix your system he'll make the right recommendations for you going forward and take the time to teach you about it.
