Todd and Brian were fantastic every step of the way and did not cut any corners. Both reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and prideful in their work. Would highly recommend and will be back for future needs.
Brian and Todd were great and helped repair our 40 year old heating unit saving thousands of dollars on a new one. The repairs were scheduled pretty quickly after the initial visit and the unit is working great now. Their prices were very reasonable for Orange county, so we have nothing but praise for them and their company.
I want to thank Todd and his team for the great work they did with fixing my AC unit! They came over and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Full disclosure, I had someone come over earlier and they said I would need a whole new blower at minimum and worse case a new furnace. But Todd and Tier1, they knew that was not needed and it was a quick fix. I want to thank them not just for their skills, but for their honesty. I appreciate that and I will use Tier 1 for any future AC/Heater needs! I can't recommend them enough!
Todd and Brian are the Best in the AC business,I'm sorry i picked the hottest day of the year for a total demo and install,they worked their tails off in 115 degree heat,excellent workmanship and professionalism, I would Highly recommend Tier1 AC,Thanks again Guys,if i could give You 10 STARS I would.
After being jerked around by another company's technician who tried to tell me I needed to replace my whole system, because the furnace and cooling coil were more than 2 years old, I could not be happier I found Todd from Tier1 AC. He came out same day to look at my unit, explained what he was checking, went through a laundry list of things that might be causing the problem, and most importantly to me actually answered my questions thoroughly. He assured my, contrary to what the other technician had tried to sell me, that in the worst case scenario I would only have to replace the outside unit and flush the coolant. Todd suggested before doing anything else that we change the fuses and test the breakers A $12 trip to Home Depot later and I have cold air again!
Todd and Brian of Tier1 AC are simply awesome. From the time I made contact with them to the end of my HVAC project they were excellent at communicating with me, answering my questions and providing me with superb customer service. I happened to find them through a referral from a colleague at work. Todd and Brian are very knowledgeable in their field, they installed a top notch system at my house which I am very pleased with. The quality of their work is outstanding and the level of detail in the entire install was excellent. These guys are honest, fair and reasonable. You won’t get disappointed if you were to choose them as your Hvac contractor. I highly recommend them.... and you heard it from a guy like me who’s really picky about details. Look no further than Tier1 AC. Thank you guys.
