Great people and a great experience
Never even got a call back, don't waist your time.
Fast response and very knowledgeable had my problem fixed in minutes and saved me hundreds of dollars!
Called Tickles Heating & Air and he was out within an hour. Very nice guy. Explains what he is doing and shows you what went out. He even gave us pointers on what we as homeowners could do to extend the life of our unit. And went out of his way to find the best price on the replacement part.
Came through on snowy day and got heater fixed quick and efficiently

GREAT SERVICE
We have used Tickles twice in the last 6 months. We had our heater blower replaced and we had our AC units cleaned and charged. Both times we had same day after hour response and we could not be happier with the price or the result. We won’t use anybody else for our HVAC needs going forward.
After my AC unit went out on a particularly hot Saturday, and multiple calls to other HVAC repairmen who kept leading me on about when they'd be over and then ultimately cancelling, a call to Tickles at 5 pm had my AC unit fixed roughly an hour later. Excellent service and went above and beyond to not only fix the problem, but also do a diagnostic on my other unit to ensure both would remain functioning in top order. Would definitely use again, though I probably won't have to for a while now that he's given my units a clean bill of health!
My AC stopped working for a couple of days and couldn't get anyone to come out sooner. The inside of my house was between 85-90 degrees. Got ahold of him and he was able to come out the next day when no one else could and he made quick work of my issue.

Blower on my furnace stopped working on a Sunday. Got the callback in less than an hour. Did the diagnostics and told me he'd be back in a few hours, after he finished another call. System was back in business before the temps dropped and cost less than he estimated. That's a win any day.
He came out after hours, on a Saturday to fix my heater. He found the problem very quickly, and got the heat going again! We couldn’t be happier. We will certainly be calling him for all of our HVAC needs!!
I’ve never had anyone call hours after they’ve left and been paid just to make sure everything was working properly. Kenny went above and beyond coming after hours when our furnace quit working. I would definitely recommend Tickles Heating and Air.
Me and my family moved down here to derby 2 years ago and have used tickles heating and air a few times so far. Very professional and friendly. Showed up when we were in the heat of summer with a new born and got us rolling. I will continue to use tickles heating and air as long as I live here!!! Also was to the penny the same as the estimate!!!

My ac stopped working on a Saturday night I called at 1 am Sunday morning and he was out repairing that same day. I would highly recommend his service he is honest, fair, and provides quality service even on Sunday.
He came out within hours and had us back working. Also gave some really good advice on maintaining the system. Very friendly and professional!
