Our AC Froze up it was a little low on Freon but he came in the same day and fix the air! He was really nice and fully explained everything to me and was not pushy or trying to make me buy stuff u dont need!! Highly Recommend!!

Very highly recommend the service. If interested in my experience - read on. My furnace started failing in the cold of the night when the the outside temperature was in the 20s. Woke up because I was cold and the cat wanted to sneak in my PJs. Called Hristo from Thrill Heating and Air in the morning and he told me he will be there in the afternoon. Sure enough he called me around 2 pm saying he is on his way. When he arrived about 30 min later, he immediately went to work. My problem was very strange in that it was not always manifesting itself. He narrowed it down to either a board or the motor, placing his bet on the board. Immediately he checked spare parts availability, prices and delivery. I decided to replace both the board and the motor. Hristo, very carefully and honestly explained to me that the cost of that repair is about 50% of a new unit. We discussed that at length and I decided to proceed with the repair. Later in the evening he texted me that the parts are ordered and should arrive the next day. Around noon on the next day, we touched base, and he let me know that the parts are delayed but if they arrive by 4 pm he will be in my place to fix the heater. He called me around 4:30pm to tell me that he will be at my place around 6 pm. He was absolutely prompt. Took him about 2 hours to fix my furnace, and it is working like new at time of writing this. Hristo is a very reliable and honest person. He provides excellent service in very expedient manner an at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend
