Aside from also being one of the nicest guy's you'll meet, Tim was very reliable, was quick getting back to me and quick to schedule when I first emailed about our AC unit going caput in the dead of Summer, quick with the work, honest and knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and above all was the personification/embodiment of the motto 'with us, you are royalty'. I could tell through the whole experience Tim takes pride in both his work and in taking care of his customers. For any future HVAC needs I might have, I will ALWAYS be sure to reach out to him first!

Three Kings is an excellent local business. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure my new system is working just right. They have reasonable prices, more sensible than local competitors. They are good people. You can't go wrong using Three Kings!
Good: Tim the owner came out within three hours of calling, friendly and easy to talk to. Bad: he will overcharge you a lot for simple service (passing a $35 part as $200) and at the same time try to make you believe he is giving you a good price. This is at best average (hence 3 stars) in terms of honesty, but seems to have tricked most customers. So don't blindly trust the all 5-star reviews like myself; be aware and do your homework. Update: Tim is still trying to make me and others believe he is giving me a discount. The exact product Tim used is Xantus Max Seal 20-101. This exact product sells for $35 - $40 at many online suppliers. I also called the manufacturer and was told that this product should not reach $50 even after many rounds of mark-up.

Tim is quite possibly the only honest man in the service industry. They can all do the work, but he will go above and beyond to treat you fair... and his personality matches his service. Top notch! I have used him several times now and have never been disappointed by the service or the price. Even on weekends he is very reasonably priced and the service is fast. Highly recommend!

Three King Heating and Air has got to be, hands down the best service I've had. They were completely thorough, went above and beyond and did it with a smile! It was a wonderful experience. They were completely respectful and explained things very well. I called for a problem with my furnace, the technician discovered what could have been a very serious problem and they installed a new furnace for me. The job was amazing, they cleaned up after themselves - which is a rarity I have come to discover! I am very happy with the experience and plan to make sure they are my service provider from here on out. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend this company for you HVAC needs!

My husband contacted Three Kings HVAC for a new AC unit install. They responded very quickly to our needs. Within a week of first contact, we had a new AC. Very friendly, professional and all around great guys. We now have a new more efficient AC unit at a reasonable price. No pushy sales tactics that we had experienced with other companies. We highly recommend Three Kings HVAC.
Very professional. Efficient in their work. Tim was personable and he welcomed all of my questions. Sounded like the unit was making a noise a few days after installation. I contacted Tim on a Sat evening and he came out early Sunday morning to check things out. He readily fixed the issue which was not related to the unit he installed but work that a previous company did in replacing a part on my furnace. I highly recommend Three King. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I contacted THREE KING based off the reviews I read. I received a text within 10mins after leaving a voicemail explaining my issue. Unfortunately, the rain caused my appointment to be rescheduled to the next morning, but Mr. King arrived EXACTLY when he said he would the next day. He identified the issue, replaced the part, and had my A/C working properly in less than 20mins. I plan to use THREE KING for any and all of my HVAC needs in the future.
When our AC went out over the weekend we called several places. Tim was the first to call us back. He gave us a very clear estimate for when he would arrive. He quoted us an extremely fair price. He communicated with us every step of the way and was incredibly personable and kind throughout the process. Will be going with Three King HVAC for ALL future HVAC work.
