Derrick was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I were not without heat during the winter storm. Derrick made time to check out my furnace when everyone else booked out for weeks. Derrick was very professional and efficient when he came to my home! He is very knowledgeable and has genuine passion for his trade. Will use again! Highly recommend his services!
Priced fairly and professional quality. Derek was my regular tech for several years prior to moving out of the area. He always made time to squeeze me in even if it was last minute. Would deal with him again if I could. If you want your ac/hvac system done right, give Thoughtful Air Solutions a call. You won’t be disappointed.
All the other reviews here must be from supportive friends of Derek (all posted at the same time frame when I asked for his business - NOV 2022). I was referred to Derek through a family connection. He was just starting out on his own with his business and was available when our heat pump was icing over during some freezing weather. Derek recharged the heat pump and made some ducting improvements... $1200 later... So, no problem, right?... the system wasn't icing over any longer (good!) but it still wasn't producing heat when the outside temps were below freezing. I made two attempts to contact Derek for follow up on why the heater won't work correctly when it freezes outside. He either doesn't run this business any longer, doesn't want to deal with my heating unit (which he claimed to LOVE working on Daikins), or has fallin' off the face of the earth... either way - THIS is your warning. Do business with caution!! Derek has a pleasant personality, seemed to be a hard working guy and WAS going to be my 'go to' for future service...

Derek from Thoughtful Air Solutions was very knowledgeable and able to diagnosed and repair our unit quickly and efficiently. He came highly recommended by a friend. He was very responsive to our needs and listened to what our concerns were. He made every attempt to keep us updated on the progress of his work and we were extremely happy with the end result. Derek was fantastic! He was super professional and knew his stuff. He didn’t try to sell my on any upgrades to make extra money. He was able to find the problem and get it fixed. I highly recommend!!
My previous system was not up to code and was so darn loud! Derek came in and did a complete removal, rebuilt the support flooring, installed the new unit, and brought everything up to code. Noises gone and heating bills significantly reduced! He left everything clean and tidy and answered all my questions. Very nice, knowledgeable and respectful, would 100% use again!
