We needed a new connection to our propane tank. After contacting many businesses that said no, Thorson said yes. They came when they said they would and did a great job. Their people are friendly and professional. Now I know who to call for HVAC issues. Highly recommend!
Thorson came out for a same day repair on the day before Christmas Eve. They had to climb the roof in -36 F windchill to chip ice from our chimney in the dark so we could have heat for Christmas. I highly recommend this business, they're the best.
My furnace was making an awful noise, and they were able to come out same day and get me taken care of. Very Courteous and Professional.
I met Mr Thorson in June of 2021, a hot Friday evening and the AC system crapped out. Mr Thorson came out late in the evening and got things running. I was amazed that we got it fixed on short notice late on a Friday. The next June (this year) same story, we discussed replacing the system and both agreed it was a good idea. Installation day I was surprised to meet Jackie, as the installer. She and her assistant (female assistant) did a fine job. I would highly recommend this local family business to anyone looking for help on any HI/Vac system. They are knowledgeable, prompt and in general great people to deal with.
On time and no deviation from the quote. Quote was very reasonable. Will use again in the future!
I had called Lowe's and another company for quotes before Thorson since my air-conditioning was out. both companies only gave me a quote for a new system. When I called Thorson, Jackie came out the same say and got my system running again right away. It's not completely fixed because yes I will need a new system but she got it to function again at 60% efficiency enough us to cool us down n this 90 degree temperature whole we get the new stuff figured out. It was awesome!
We called Thorson when our AC went out in the middle of July (with temps in the 90s), and Jackie was here in less than two hours of our call. Jackie was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick - she had our AC back up and running in an hour’s time! Thank you!
I was referred by family to them when trying to fix my parents air conditioner. I bought an electric motor from them and was assured it was the correct one for my parents air conditioner. It was not! I went back the next day to return it and was only then told by the owner that all electrical sales are final. I never even took it out of the box. It was easy to see it wasn’t the right shaft. I am a licensed electrical contractor from the area, so I fully understand a policy like that, but I was misinformed from the start and now I have to pay for it. They must need the 400 bucks a lot more than me I guess.
Thorson Heating & Air Conditioning is the best. Both times I needed them they came the same day and fixed my issue no problem. Great company with excellent customer service.
I have called and left several messages and emailed, they will not call me back or send me an email. I have spent over $1000 in repairs all together for two visits. I have asked for a HVAC diagnostic letter for google nest on the thermostat they say burned out my motherboard on my furnace. I was told they would email it to me and still haven’t received it. With the amount of money I have spent and my house was 80 degrees the last two days, I am not very happy. I don’t have the nest thermostat installed anymore either.
They came and replaced my furnace but told me nothing about needing combustion air vents till after I failed my inspection. I setup 2 appointments for them to come check it out and see what we can do to resolve it but they never showed up. 2 months later down the road I speak to them about possibly adding those in and they wanted to charge me more. For someone who’s been in this business for 30+ years I assumed they knew everything that was needing to be done and get it right the first time but I guess not. They wasted my time and I will not recommend them to anyone.
My furnace stopped delivering heat in my new home. Thank goodness Thorson Heating had stickers on my furnace so that I knew who to call. It was 49 degrees in my home and 10 degrees outside. Rob arrived timely and quickly determined the issues of my furnace. He had to pick up the parts which would not be available until the next day. He went back and got me 2 space heaters. I went to sleep warm and comfortable that night. Next morning he installed the parts lickety split! He's won my loyalty and appreciation for life!
Great personalable service. Stuck around after to talk and offer furnace using advice for allergy help in the fall and AC service advice.
My neighbor recommended this company. Im new to the area and Im also from out of state. By far these are the niceset most courteous and professional peolpe I have meet. Zane showed up, told me what needed to be done and fixed the problem. All on a Sunday. Great service, fair price and excellent work. Rob and team did an Awesome job installing our New Furnace and AC units. They also did a few other things for me as well while working on the installation. They were very professional and extremely informative. The pricing on the units and work were an Amazing value as well. They have earned my business for life. I set up an appt for an inspection specifically asking for a time and day, and never showed up. The day I called I asked to make sure that time/day worked because of the specific time frame we we working with and he said yes. He did not care that he could not give out of the office to make it to the inspection.
