We had a new heating and air conditioning system put in, and they take care of all our plumbing issues.
The service man was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
They came to my house on a Monday, didn't return till Wednesday and it was in the 100s. They charged me for the first day and on the third day charged me for a fan motor and two more hours to install it after the first tech told me he left it ready to "just slap it in". Not happy after three days and out over 500 dollars.
Thorsen’s - Norquist is professional and top-flight. Last year we had another local company who came out and serviced our HVAC systems. One month after servicing both AC units, one of them blew a compressor. The company that serviced that unit gave an outrageous bid so I called Norquist. Martin came out right away and gave us a very competitive bid. His team of professionals came out as soon as they could schedule it and did a fantastic job. They even discovered our electronic filter system had been not working for some time and in the process of rebuilding the unit, they were able to get that part and bring the full unit back online. I highly recommend Martin and the rest of the Norquist team if you are looking for professional high-quality service and installation.
Very poor contract service. Without my permission my yearly contract was cancelled.
