We chose the Thomson Team to replace our ancient air conditioner and update our gas furnace with a high efficiency heat pump. I’m naturally full of questions and our rep Ethan had the patience to answer every one and always happy to do so. His solution to updating our system in an older home was creative and exponentially more efficient than before. To round it out, the entire Thomson team was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to work with. I highly recommend. Thanks for making our house way more comfortable than before.

We had our traditional AC units that were 25 years old replaced with Daikin heat pump units from Thomson AC. Got rid of my furnace that burned natural gas and moved to an all electric system. Substantially reduced my utility bills and set myself up for a move to solar in the near future. Ethan at Thomson was really helpful with all the information I needed. The installation went smoothly. There was a little bit of a learning/adjustment. period since we had two zones on one of the units. The Daikin smart thermostats needed to be replaced with the new models. In the end, I would definitely recommend Thompson and the move to heat pumps instead of traditional AC units .
Thomson AC is a wonderful company to work with. I put in a request on a Sunday and the owner replied very quickly and we set up an appointment for the next day. The tech Julio arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for the great work.

My experiences with Thomson AC, in particular Ethan, have been incredibly positive. I've had several small issues with the AC unit in my house since moving in and each time I called Thomson, they offered a prompt and cost-effective fix. At this point, there is no one else I'd rather have climbing around in my attic then one of Thomson's AC techs.
