FRAUD!!! Thompson replaced our outside unit in 2019 and guaranteed his work with a one-year parts warranty and two-year service warranty. However, despite scheduling a service appointment more than once, he never showed! It turns out his work was bad and less than two years later we are having to replace the outside unit AGAIN! He has not answered his phone in months. A genuine crook.
Chuck Thompson is the most unprofessional technician I have ever hired. He came to my house three times to repair my hvac and charged me over $200 for a replacement part. After the third visit, he said he would be back in the morning to repair the unit with parts. He never showed up and never returned my phone calls or emails. Hired another tech who solved the problems in minutes...it was a disconnected wire. There was nothing wrong with the unit itself. He lacks ethics, professionalism, and the skills to do this work. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!

Josh was outstanding. Had an emergency and Josh came out right away and spent a good amount of time figuring out what was wrong, and fixed it quickly. He was personable and polite and very knowledgable. Prices were reasonable too compared to some other bigger companies I have used in the past. Glad I found them.
They responded quickly to my request for service. I was thinking the complete HVAC would need to be replaced. Rather they isolated the problem to two smaller and inexpensive parts. The system is more back online better than before .
I was very satisfied with the promptness of the service guys. The owner of Thompson Hvac came to my home the same evening I called to evaluate my furnace problem, ordered the part and installed .These guys are very professional, take pride in the quality of workmanship and public relations. Never disappointed with any service provided by Thompson HVAC! I always recommend them when anyone asks. Will continue to use and recommend them in the future as well. They are honest and are very cost-effective - nothing hidden.

Our air conditioning stopped working on the hottest of days, and it quickly became extremely uncomfortable as we are older and not in the best of health. Thompson HVAC responded immediately, providing same day service. They were equipped with all necessary parts, quickly diagnosed the problem, and immediately repaired our system. We called Thompson HVAC because they were recommended by a relative who was very happy with the service, the price, and the final product of the central A/C she had installed by Thompson HVAC. We were not disappointed. The experience of working with Josh and the others at Thompson was phenomenal. Josh went above and beyond with helping select a new A/C unit and arranging a quick installation to minimize our suffering in the hot weather. We are very pleased with the experience, from beginning to end. We plan to call Josh at Thompson HVAC again when it comes time to replace the furnace, which I expect will be very soon. Thanks again to Josh and Chuck.
Great guys and friendly service. Josh was able to explain what was happening in layman's terms. I only took a star away because I don't know what perfect should look like.
Great job, inspected all and made sure all my questions were answered. My expectations were high but he exceeded them. Down to earth but professional. Easy to get a hold of him. Will be referring him and his company if anyone needs a checkup or repair or even replacement of HVAC system.
