Randy is awesome! He gets right out to you when you call. He is honest and takes his time to explain everything. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
Can’t speak more highly of The team from Thompson heating and air. They came out, diagnosed the issue and replaced my AC system the next day for a fair price ... 5 stars and more
Our AC was out in 95+ degree heat, and Randy came by the morning after we called and had it up and running in no time flat. Affordable too! Would recommend highly. You can’t beat service like this!
There couldn't be a more wonderful contractor than Randy Thompson. He's the best we've ever hired in a lifetime.When the furnace died, on Friday night, we were two freezing people self-isolating with COVAD-19 raging out there. I called Thompson Saturday: he appeared half an hour later. Three years ago when a different contractor told us to get a new furnace, Thompson said there was still life left in this one--and there was! Now, he said, it didn't pay to fix it. He said he'd get us a new one on Monday, and he cleared his day to install it. But in the meantime, he went out to Home Depot, bought a new space heater and brought two others from his own home. So we had heat in 3 rooms on the weekend, thanks to Randy Thompson. He is a kind, highly efficient, very considerate man. He was here today at 9 am and by early afternoon, we had a new gas furnace! He does immaculate work. When he left, the room was spotless, cleaner than when he arrived. He is also meticulous about social distancing. I gave him 5 stars, but he deserves 10!
Randy & his team saved us over the last two weeks. Our compressor got fried and our regular HVAC service company was going to take 8 days (in the middle of July!) to replace it. Randy came out for a second opinion the same day and got us a new AC unit totally installed within 4 days. Then this past Sunday another catastrophe happened and we had no AC on our second floor. Randy came out on a Sunday morning and personally got it working again. Can't say enough about their responsiveness and quality of their work.
Randy and colleague were knowledgeable, prompt, informative, and their ability to identify and repair the emergency problem was sincerely appreciated. This is stand-out work.
