Eric is the epitome of professional. He has saved us so many times. His knowledge, experience and communication is unmatched. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are so glad we found him years ago and Eric will always be our go-to- guy.
If you are in need of a brand new A/C unit from a (no flawed) licensed contractor, search no more. I did ALL of the homework and suffering through bozo’s and their high pressured sales for you. Four, quotes, three of which tried to take advantage. The fourth, God sent me Eric. I can NOT say enough about him. I LITERALLY paid half of the amount as the other quotes. Same unit, same warranties! He even quoted me, then text me a few days later and said my L-frame did not need to be replaced, which saved me another few hundred dollars. I would have never known the difference. Super courteous, on time, knows his trade. #supportsmallbusiness
Eric has done all of my air conditioning repairs and new installations on my own home and also 4 rentals for the last ten years or more. He always knows exactly what he is doing and always charges a reasonable price. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the guy. I have recommended him to many people including my mother and everyone I have sent his way has always been very happy
My unit went out on the coldest week of the year. Despite it being a busy time, Eric responded to my calls quickly and was able to get out to inspect my unit much faster than I expected. He gave me his honest feedback and was so helpful in explaining the problem. You can tell Eric enjoys his job and knows what he's doing. I've used all the big names in the valley, but never again. Thomas Home Comfort is the only way to go!
Eric installed a mini split in my garage, also replaced a fan on my main unit. He’s always honest and dependable and a top notch craftsman. You will not find a better hvac guy

Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.
We have a few properties in the valley and Eric is my go to hvac guy. He is honest, on time and reliable. He is very thorough with his installations and repairs, super clean work. It’s hard to find guys like him these days. He is a great family man and I definitely recommend his services.
We called Eric for a quote on my grandmother's house for AC. He was very knowledgeable on what products were available and the warranties that came along with them. We had him come out for a quote. He was reasonable and within range in prices. He uses the best name brand products that will last and run for a long time to come. Thank you Eric for doing the best job and being trustworthy. Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.
