Dave and Brandon repaired my HVAC- no power getting to the unit. Dave called me back in less than four hours after I left a message and came out the next day.( even arrived 20 minutes earlier than appointment and called to make sure that was convenient.) They answered all my questions, explained what they were doing to fix the problem and even showed me where and how to change the filter on the handler under the house. I only knew about the filter in the house. The Invoice was very reasonable. I was pleased with all aspects of the service. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Thomas Cooling & Heating!
Dave performed a full replacement system install. His communication was top notch, his price was competitive and beat my other quotes, and installation was smooth and fast. Highly recommend his services.
