Sean was amazing to work with. He did a great job following up with me and letting me know what was going on. Sean is an excellent communicator. He and his team did a great job of installing the heating and air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this company!
Edit: the owner called me and offered to have somebody come to my house sooner after reading my review. He also apologized and seemed sincere about my experience. Another company is already coming to my house to fix my problem though. Unfortunately it won’t let me delete my review though. Upped to 3 stars for his apology. Waited 2 weeks for my appointment and nobody showed up. Called and they said I’d have to reschedule my appointment if I wanted a technician to come to my house. The guy on the phone was also rude and hung up on me.
Great company with great customer service. I was recommended to this company from my home warranty after another company couldn’t provide emergency service. It was great to hear that I was put on the emergency list considering how hot it has been. Patrick was very professional and understood the importance of my emergency. Patrick happened to be the technician who repaired my system. He wore a mask and put on booties prior to entering my home. He also took the time to explain my issue. Patrick personifies professionalism which he demonstrated from the initial call to completion of the service. Bravo Zulu (Well Done)...
Sean and Clarence did a phenomenal job repairing my family’s HVAC unit. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of any HVAC related repairs or installations. Both of these gentleman were kind, honest, straightforward, and very proficient at their jobs. It is hard to know if you are being given a fair deal if you do not know a lot about HVAC units, but with Think Home Services HVAC, we didn’t have to worry about that.
