Called Riley yesterday with a down HVAC unit. Showed up today and fixed the problem. This guy looks like an honest man that believes and getting paid for what he does by doing it right and with honesty. He shows you step by step what is wrong and he tells you the steps he will take and why, to solve the problem. Top notch service. No doubt to call him again if needed.

Update 10/26/20: Thermostat Masters continues to impress! Riley just finished a maintenance check. As usual, he was thorough and made some suggestions for future efficiency improvements as I continue remodeling. If you need HVAC work in or near Raleigh, don't call anybody else! :D Original: Wow! So I called Thermostat Masters out to quote a new system. Riley arrived perfectly on time and was awesome. I didn't expect he could put a band-aid on my old system while he was at it! Super stoked on it. Now I won't get heat stroke while I wait for the new stuff. :D
Having family members that also own a HVAC business in NY. I am very pleased on the service I received from Riley. He was very detailed with his diagnose and what I loved the most is that he took his time to check every single area in my HVAC unit to make sure that I knew what was going on with it. A very good friend used Riley, with Thermostat Masters HVAC and Services. She needed an a/c repair and through an unusual situation, he demonstrated complete integrity. Two months later, my a/c stops in the middle of the night and I call Riley the next morning. He responded immediately and was able to service my unit the next day. The next day was actually the Saturday of a holiday weekend so I was expecting to have to wait much longer. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair, along with future recommendations. There were no scare tactics or “need to do now” in order to increase the charges. I have a home warranty company for which I pay monthly. I chose to avoid them in this instance. My out-of- pocket costs are more than what they would have been had I used the home warranty. However, I feel I received the best value by far. I would highly recommend Riley to anyone in need of HVAC services!
I had a great experience with Riley. He followed through on every aspect of our agreement. He was very professional and easy to work with. He is a very hard working honest guy and I would highly recommend him.

Riley was very professional and worked with us to provide what we needed within our budget. His communication was consistent and the work performed was well done.
My technician was Riley, he did an amazing job from start to finish, he explained everything and gave me multiple options but we both agreed on replacing the compressor. He was able to get the compressor and install it immediately and he changed my fan speeds as well. My heat has never worked this good. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Riley you will be impressed.

My gas heat went out the Sunday before Christmas 2019. I searched the Next door ap and saw comment about this company. I wanted someone that I could trust. I called them got immediate response and really worked with me to set up an appointment.I wanted a diagnostic run. He really did a great job as commented by son who also liked how he did pictures of findings and explained what was going on and my needs. They were professional as well. Great communication and offered if I needed anything in the meantime to stay warm, like a heater etc. Great neighborhood service to offer to do this. The guys at thermostat Masters came to my house fixed by complete system gave me a price that was more reasonable than anybody in Raleigh-Durham or Cary call the round did my research everyone else was just trying to charge as much as they can charge thermostat Masters got the job done saved me a couple thousand dollars and I have a warranty on my system I recommend them to anyone even if you just want to get your system checked out they're the best from really small fixes to completely changing out the whole system are the go-to guys

I had the pleasure of working with Riley who is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain his processes. He makes recommendations and does honest work. I was impressed! The receptionist who answered was very responsive helpful. I asked them to replace my heat strips and they came out and fixed my unit that same day! Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants a fair price and great service!
