Issues with AC compressor icing up, blower fan stopping and poor cooling. My power company service plan sent the team from Thermal. Complex problem was tested, analyzed and a solution was found and it runs as good as ever. They took time to listen to me, explain things and offer options. Very pleased with the service.
This company is a blessing. Remi was an absolute pleasure to work with. I did not have to worry about anything. He has integrity and does everything with excellence. He performed a CO Test and later fixed two emergency gas leaks. All the work performed was done quickly and with quality He provides great value and prices are reasonable.
Thermal Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC system when I moved into my house 5+ years ago and has maintained it as well. I’ve had no problems with the system and they have been responsive to my questions and concerns. I would go with them again if I needed a new system or any repairs.

Have had issues with our AC the last few years and Remi has come out within a day or two of our call to help us. He recently replaced our AC & Furnace as well as our neighbors for an extremely fair price and provided us with quality and professional service. Remi come highly recommended by a friend. Our furnace had broken down 3 times since we moved in 3 years ago. When our AC recently stopped working properly, we called Thermal. We decided to completely change our HVAC for fear of it breaking down again this year. Since we decided to do an overhaul, Remi needed to come back another time. In the meantime, Remi fixed our condenser so we can use our AC (free!!!). When Remi and his team were here, they were courteous and professional. Running into unexpected issues, they didn’t charge any extras. They were here until the job was done. Great value!! Quality work and equipment!! Highly recommended!!
Thermal Heating and Cooling was incredibly easy to work with, and did a great job with replacing our AC, furnace, and thermostat! Remi was super knowledgeable and helpful during the initial consultation, and then continued to be great at communicating every step of the way from there on out. The other individuals who worked on our systems as well were also awesome and proactively educated us on what they were doing as well for our reference! Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Thermal Heating & Cooling LLC !! Our AC finally broke down on a Tuesday evening (compressor) and by Friday evening, we had a brand new Goodman unit and Aspen coil installed and tested !! Also, our house is able to cool down and reduce humidity even faster than our old AC. This was all done at a reasonable price and service was awesome !!

This was the best service I have ever received on my AC unit! I called the company on the day I discovered my unit was not working around 5pm. It was a hot night and I was willing to pay whatever it takes to get it back running. By 8pm that night the company shows up to my house and repairs the unit all for under 250 dollars!! These repairs made were not small ones either! This company beats ALL other prices in the area!! The customer service is beyond incredible and reliable! Though cheaper in price the quality is not undermined! I recommend this company to anyone who wants Reliable, Fast and Kind service!
