went above and beyond to fix my air conditioner. the best for the job
leaned and changed filter. Changed out capisitator to keep everything running well and use less electricity!! Friendly, neat, wore mask the whole time.

I was very pleased with the technicians that came to my house on time responsive to my needs did a great job with all my needs and was very professional with the installation of my furnace blower motor and hot water heater also was very thorough with any questions I had and before they left cleaned up any debris from the installation we will definitely be using them again with our heating and cooling needs
Mario provided excellent customer service and quality work replacing my failing AC. He also worked patiently and worked around my overly protective dogs. I am a happy customer and highly recommend him on the merit of his excellent work and focus on customer service.

Friday afternoon and air conditioning is not cooling! I googled techs. The top” Best Something or other” kept electronically putting me on hold! I left message with Super Tech, and left message with a person that was recommended. Even went back to the Best whatever and emailed my need for tech because I was never taken off hold. Mario with SuperTech called me back later that evening apologized for taking so long to return my call. Set up appt. for sat. Morning at 8am. He showed up on time and knows his business!!! We were so grateful. Smart guy, great business !! Highly recommend!! Never heard from the other 2 companies!! Thank you Mario with Super Tech!!!! Don’t waist your time calling anyone else!! Oh he does plumbing too!!
Mario was a tremendous help in identifying our capacitor break, wiring issue, drip tray sensors, and provided excellent cleaning and maintenance of the rig. We have an ecobee thermostat, and he worked wonders with it too!

Mario is an experienced technician and he was able to quickly detect the issue with furnace. We had called him to check issue with the heat. I would recommend him to family/ friends and will use his service again.

First, I want to personally thank Mario again for coming to diagnose the problem (hopefully he can see this review). I have a new construction home (5 months) and I've been asking the builder to come look at the issue. The builder's contractor said "nothing is wrong" after I've pointed out the amount of water on the issue & other things. Fast forward to yesterday, I discovered the drip pan under the ac unit was full of water which also leaked onto the attic floor. So I decided to contact a professional this time which was Mario from The Super Tech. He not only diagnosed the problem, fixed it but explained it where I understand. He had all the tools needed for the job & even took out the time to look at my other unit & found another issue. When it's time for maintenance, I most definitely will be contacting The Super Tech. I'm huge on professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Mario from The Super Tech most definitely exceeded my expectations & I'm glad I chose him. You will be glad too! If I could give him 10 or 100 stars, I would!
We had purchased a mini split system and hired these guys to install it. They did a great job even after the components the company sent us wasn’t quite what it should have been. Mario was very professional, worked with us and got the job done in spite of minor problems with the components. It was installed as we had requested. Mario explained everything and made suggestions from an HVAC professional’s perspective and he also listened to our concerns. We’ll definitely be using them again.
My AC was leaking buckets of water into the laundry. Mario replaced the pan, repaired the plumbing issue causing the leak took and my AC now has zero issues. Mario was also very responsive when I reached out with questions and concerns. Thanks again Mario!
