Update to this review They should be called The Wrong Way HVAC, LLC Buyer be warned. After I posted the review the business called me yelling and screaming about the review. Vanessa from the office said to take down the review. Now you will see 5 star fake reviews posted all of sudden so people don’t see all the bad reviews. Their is a reason why they have 3 stars. Warning. Don’t use this company. The owner of the company is extremely rude. I gave him a service fee check and he lost the check and didn’t even tell me or the wife and told my Warranty company that I didn’t want to pay the fee. I let the warranty company know about his behavior and attitude. And their office they never call you back at all. Warranty company said they will remove them as their authorized contractor because they lost my check and than lied about losing it.

I would 100% recommend them. Rick is a very knowledgeable guy. He is also very honest. As soon as they found out that our heating was not working on a very cold day, they came right away and got to work. Rick diagnosed the issue right away and instead of telling me that it will take some time to get the part, he set up a temporary fix so we dont have to stay cold. Next day, he came and replaced the said part, gave us some helpful tips for the system. Such nice people- he even gave me recommendations for cable tv. In short, I am going to contact them next time I have any issues with my HVAC.

I was put in touch thru my Home Insurance company. Got a email that they will come between 9am-5pm and call in advance. I got a call which I missed NO voicemail, when I called back 20 mins later, the person told me that they have left the area and I need to re-schedule for a later date. When I enquired about that they had to give me a notice before coming, the guy became very rude and said they dont have time to wait for me. So they expect me to skip work and be home from 9-5 and wait for them, but they cannot call ahead. Worst service. anyways there reviews were so bad. Called my insurance and inquired, they told me I can go out of network and call any company and they will cover 100% cost, no penalty. Amazing. Dont have to deal with them. If you have insurance, please ask to go out of network and choose a provider of your choice. There will be no extra cost

GREAT SERVICE! They came out right away after getting put in touch with then by our warranty company. They were able to diagnose our furnace to be completely done and nonfunctional - it was 85° in our house because our AC system was no longer blowing air at all. A day later they were able to come and remove our old furnace and install a new one to ensure our cooling system is operational. Upon installing the new equipment they realized the wiring that was done for the original furnace was done poorly so that the wiring melted/fused together. They were able to rectify this unexpected issue (even though it was not their mistake!) and were efficient. My fiancé and I are very grateful for their quick and excellent service. Recommended for sure. Our home is finally cooling down! Thank you The Right Way HVAC!!

Nothing about this sham of a business is done “The Right Way”. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment! They either don’t call back or their mailbox is full and you can’t leave a message. Took two guys almost a full day to install a 3-ton central air unit. They left a mess outside which I had to clean up. They left the attic window open and I had to climb up and close it. They left dirty fingerprints all over my front door as they came in and out of the house. They botched the installation and REFUSED to come back to fix it, stating that it worked fine after they installed it and indicated that I must have done something to the unit to make it inoperable. One of their office reps named Michael actually told me that I should be glad I have air conditioning because there are people in the world that don’t! He didn’t like my challenging his highly insensitive and unprofessional comment. Stay away from this rinky-dink operation. Find ANYONE else for your HVAC concerns.

They replaced one of our old ac units last year and it is working perfectly. Just fixed our 2nd unit this week. They were able to get us on the schedule in just a couple days and had the part with them, so repair was very quick. Very professional and prices are great. I highly recommend this company!

STAY AWAY DISHONEST INSURANCE FRAUD CON ARTIST worst service agreement ever- forced to use them via my warranty company and caused damage and was cheating me and warranty company. stay away -- stay away -- stay away. NEVER USE THEM. IF THERE IS LESS THAN ONE STAR I would GIVE IT.

Right Way is absolutely the worst repair company in NJ imo. STAY AWAY!!!! They come promptly to collect the trickle fee when warranty companies issue the service request and it ends there. They never send the report back to Warranty company for approvals. I waited 10 days without AC everyday calling them, making the warranty company call them, pleading them my case. Absolutely unprofessional, the office lady is rude and sarcastic!! & if I can use the word scam artists I wont be exaggerating. They blame their office back ups to parts company delays and promise it will be sent in an hour and never get to it. STAY AWAY From this company!! if you want peace of mind and timely service. I made the warranty company send another repair company and in 2 days the whole matter is solved! (diagnosis->submitting report to warranty company->getting approvals->getting parts->installing)

My central ac stopped working all of a sudden. I scheduled a appt and my technician was rick. He came and diagnosed that the motor needed to be replaced and it was rare. He went back to his office and he found one! He called me and told me he'd be back to fix it. A few hours later im sitting in my cool house. Thanks to rick! I would definitely recommend this business and technician for their prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service!!

Fan motor works but safety grill was cut and was told that’s how any professional would do it. Upon calling another professional to confirm that statement, they said it’s dangerous and wouldn’t do it. These are all the bolts and cut wires that were left in mulch next to unit. They also left other trash in the ground.

Joke of a company. They came out, saw that our emergency with was off in our attic and said they fixed it by turning it on. I tried to explain to them that I was the one that turned it off and that the issue had nothing to do with the switch. Could barely get a word in edgewise. They then said they had to send someone else out to fix it. They did and he fixed the issue... for 6 hours. They then told me they would come out and didn't. we rescheduled the next day and they just decided not to show up. Took our money and ran. I called them and they hung up on me. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and we are working with our insurance company to get the money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

They came out to check the furnace the same day it went out. When it was obvious that it couldn’t be fixed, they replaced it within a few days. Since the weather was in the low 30’s, we really appreciated it. They were very neat and cleaned everything up after the job was done. We also felt very confident that the job was being done right. Rick knows what he’s doing! Nick is very good at working with warranty companies to get the approvals for the needed work. Definitely would recommend using The Right Way HVAC.

Had an appointment for the 19th of August. Was supposed to have an appointment 1 week ago but was never called to confirm even though I got an email from my home warranty people. I was told I would get a call in the morning to let us know what time they would be here. No call, no show.
