I have been using the A.C. Guy for 6 years now I really enjoy his demeanor and his straight talk concerning repairs he is my go to guy to keep my 2 units in top shape I highly recommend his services also he is extremely good at communicating if he is running late or needs additional parts 5 star service 😀
Mike is great. Always attentive and tries as hard as he can to keep your systems running the right way. Fair pricing on repairs and services and a stellar customer service oriented attitude. I recommend them to everyone who needs AC services and use them in my line of work regularly.

First time we call the local AC guy company ( by 5 star rating) we glad we did , we call at 2 pm ask for repair our upstairs unit , father and son Brat and Brian came to fix our AC within 1 hour , they’re really professional, and they charge a fair price We highly recommend the local AC guy for who needs AC repair 👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The local AC Guy has been doing AC work on my home, business, and rental properties for several years. He has always done a very professional job and is one of the few AC guys that offers DIY customer consulting. Recently received a very reasonable bid to install a Della split AC system that I purchased from Amazon. We were very happy with the professional installation. Below, is a photo of the installation.

They came when scheduled and very polite and professional. I have a fair share of knowledge with ac units due to the amount of time mine have been worked on. They were honest about repairs needed which is all I can ask for in these times. I will definitely continue to use them.
We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from "The Local AC Guy". Mike is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. Mike seems incredibly busy, but he never makes you feel rushed and really takes the time to answer questions, geek out on the tech aspects (if you're a geek too), and really give you confidence that he knows what he is doing and can fix whatever issue you are having. In my experience, this is not often the case with contractors/technicians. In general, Mike is just a really good dude. On top of all of that, he is very fairly priced. We look forward to having our HVAC system maintained and serviced by Mike going forward.
This gentleman is definitely knowledgeable, but not responsive at all to inquiries. Trying to get some quotes on duct repair and a total replacement and it just isn't happening. Contacted him around 3 or 4 times and I think one time he asked me who this was after we texted for a bit. Gave him my address for him to look in his notes, never heard back from that or a subsequent attempt to follow up. That's what I call annoying. My guess is my issue isn't big enough to warrant dealing with? Idk.
Mike is a very knowledgeable guy and does great quality work for a very fair price!! I know I'll be using his services again for my future a/c needs!
Mike literally saved us THOUSANDS. We had another company come out first and tell us we needed to replace our entire HVAC system. We called Mike and he came and let us know it was only a capacitor issue.The first guys didn't even try that. Mike was knowledgeable and personable and worked efficiently to get our system back up and running in this Texas heat! We will definitely call The Local A/C Guy again!

I have been using Mike and his company, the Local A/C Guys, for almost 10 years now. He has replaced two of my A/C and heater units along with some minor repair jobs. He and his crew provided excellent services. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and took time to explain various options and issues. The prices he quoted were fair, affordable and honest. One thing I liked about him is about his responsiveness, promptness and always being on time. He can definitely be your “local A/C guy.”
